A good option for those looking for a different experience than the usual restaurant experience. The kitchen team pays attention to the ingredients, along with a wellness experience and an explanation of each food and the reasons for a certain process. Try their desserts, which, in addition to being gluten-free and healthy, are an unforgettable explosion of flavor. I would go back without hesitation. Let yourself be swept away by the experience and ask if you have any questions.
Nice place for brunch. Food is good, between too healthy and healthy; plenty of options to choose from including gluten free ones. Prices are a bit high, but okay for San Miguel Allende. Services isn't great though. Staff is super friendly but they forgot some requests we made, didn't hear us when we called and so on. So be patient. The restaurant itself has a rustic style.
The rooftop is gorgeous and the food is delicious! Really appreciate the gluten free labeling on their menu. I also tried their iced coffee and it was delish. Would highly recommend!
Excellent option for vegan/ organic / gluten free! A very boutique experience as there are only 7 seats and you can watch the chef prepare your meal. Fixed price menu

It's good but not so small for so much money. This little ceviche cost me $290. I went here and ordered takeout because of celiac but how sad that we with celiac have to eat in expensive places. ALSO, they told me it comes with toast but they only gave me tortilla chips... something stressful for celiacs because I asked about their toast, not their tortilla chips. HOWEVER, I appreciate everyone who helped me with celiac, they took all my questions with great patience. 5/5 star service, it's just that there was little food. Many thanks to the host and the kitchen <3

Very good masa madre sourdough. Been there a bunch as new SMA residents. As someone with celiac (gluten issue) I’ve found I can eat long fermented masa madre 24+ hours. Delicious. No issues. Gracias 🙏 . Mi esposo also loved her cinnamon roll too. Smell great In there. Very nice staff. Fair prices. Recommend!
We had breakfast and lunch here while staying at the hotel. The restaurant is beautiful and has live music at certain times.
Our favorite dishes were the gluten-free apple bread (the butter and fruit jams that accompanied it were splendid)
, guacamole, and arrachera tacos (the green habanero sauce is amazing 😋). The cocktails were also delicious.
Perks of staying at the hotel: enjoy the dishes in your room or by the pool 🙌
The service of the staff was really friendly and attentive. They remembered our dietary restrictions and preferences when we went back the second day 💕
The only small “downside” is that because the building doors were open, you could occasionally smell the car exhaust coming from the streets (when traffic is busy).
A superb experience of local flavor and vibe. Food and service top. Wait staff and bar of Angel, Gerardo and Daniel know their craft and the kitchen chefs Joss and Annabel just fabulous. An all vegan menu with proteins and sauces that blend a variety of seasonings and local ingredients. Corn ribs, empanadas, mixiote de setas a special treat. Plenty gluten free options Highly recommended.

Swung by for drinks as we were staying at another property. The gluten free options on the menu were limited so we also had dinner elsewhere that evening. The rooftop is expansive and service was on point. Come for the drinks and stay for the views.

Wow! This place has hands down the best coffee- and I am a coffee snob! The owner shared their efforts for organic and sustainable coffee and pastries were amazing and they had a gluten free!!!
Excellent option, delicious food! Additionally, I am celiac and they treated me incredibly well, they took all the necessary care and were also attentive to all my restrictions.
Can't say enough good things about Café Casa Mexico. Chose this for breakfast and coffee as my wife is gluten-free and Google had suggested this. Wow were we impressed! Finished with a fresh green juice and asked them if they would grind some coffee beans we had brought... No hay problema was the answer! Service 5/5

Highly recommend!!!!! My burger was amazing, seriously better than in-n-out! I can't have gluten, so they were able to accommodate a bunless burger to make it gluten-free for me!
Animal style fries were also amazing! Can't wait to come back!
The delicious cookie, gluten-free crepe type, the presentation is very nice, the omelets are very delicious, the very small pancakes look like a child's portion (of course they are used to those in the US) but delicious, the desserts are not even talking about...delicious! We can't resist everyone wants it!!! The place and the atmosphere are very nice! Delicious prepared mushrooms!! I would return daily! The green chilaquiles are also very good! That's right... it's close to heaven, you have to climb stairs, for older people, you have to do it little by little, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! CONGRATULATIONS!!!
