Bacon was thin and a little burnt. Everything else was fantastic including gluten free biscuits and pancakes. Service is off the charts good, incredibly friendly.
We had a special occasion and were so lucky to find this restaurant! Incredible views, beautifully done, high quality food, a lot of non alcoholic beverages and gluten free option in the menu! Friends stuff! Highly recommend!
RIVER DAZE!!!! this place is the bomb. their sandwiches are so good. i also recommend taking home some english muffins for breakfast, they're quite literally the best english muffins i've ever had. they've got a good selection of cookies, including gluten-free. if you want to come in to dine, there's always been enough room every time i've been in. the space is large, airy, with plenty of seating.
We found this place when we went looking for a gluten free friendly (2 of our 4 person party) and a dog friendly restaurant. Our group was very happy with our find! The hostess led us to a nicely shaded portion of the patio. The table was comfortable, clean and had a beautiful view of the town and river. The inside of the restaurant was just beautiful and elegant. We were here for lunch.
The charming waitress knew exactly what was gluten free on the menu and offered several option/suggestions. She made sure our dog had a larger bowl for water, very nice, and made sure our waters and my iced tea were always full. Our party of four plus the dog had just finished a moderate hike so this was especially important.
The food was excellent and fairly priced. We found a new favorite and will return here Can’t say enough wonderful things about the 3 Rivers Grill. We really relaxed and enjoyed our lunch here.
We ordered the fish tacos, ahi and avocado, and two chicken salad croissant sandwiches. Two beers, a cider and an iced tea. Yum!
We were pleasantly surprised at how amazing these tacos were. Tons of good options full of vegetables, lots of gluten-free options and really nice staff. I would definitely go back!!!
Food was great- giant burrito. The vegetarian sausage was a standard option and not at an extra charge. staff member made sure to restate that a dish was gluten free when bringing it to the table. The self seating then ordering at the counter was a bit stressful since you could lose your table- that could be improved.
Late morning stop on a long road trip. Coffee, Latte, and gluten free scones (still available at 11:30am!) all delicious and appreciated.
This little hole in the wall space exudes both the charm of the small coffee house with the sophistication of a large city cafe. The outdoor seating under the metal and cloth canopy is a great contrast to the more rustic front entrance.
While spending the weekend in Hood River we were grateful to find this healthy cafe to get some tasty food and drinks. We had protein acai bowls, lemon ginger tumeric shots, and chai lattes. They were delicious! We love that this restaurant uses healthy anti-inflammatory oils, is gluten free, and offers delicious organic low glycemic foods and drinks. Customer service was excellent. 10/10!
Incredible bowl of spicy shrimp on a cold fall day! There was a wait, but I was just a party of one so they found a spot for me, and accommodated my gluten free restrictions. Great service, great food. 😊🍜
My family has been life long customers of Twin Peaks. This is our favorite place to stop for a burger, fries, and shake. We really appreciate the gluten-free options that include buns! The service is good, the food is hot, and the view of the airport is pretty spectacular. It's a small restaurant so they can get a little over worked during a rush or on a busy day. Give grace, they're worth the wait. When they aren't crazy busy though the service is fast. Highly recommend.
Boda's Kitchen is my absolute favorite place for lunch. Their food is always made from scratch, with fresh and healthy ingredients. They have a great variety of options, including gluten-free and vegan choices. I highly recommend checking out Boda's.
Really enjoyed our experience here. Ordered the Lindstrom burger stuffed with capers and pickled beets which was unique and delicious, and a cured salmon dish that blew our minds.
Recently being diagnosed with celiac, I was worried about finding food I could eat in Hood River, but the server was knowledgeable and assured me that gluten free items are prepared separately and safely. The gf toast was just ok, but I had no gluten reactions after eating here and will surely be back next time I'm in town.
Rhoots is a great option for food for my Mom. She needs a dairy and gluten free diet and they provide several options each week. The menu is varied and tasty! The one portion size provides her with several meals! Thanks so much
Place is cute, service was awkward. Didn't really feel welcomed and I was excited for this new spot in town. I haven't been back since and I wasn't a much of a fan of what I had there. Appreciated the gf options but it is an all gluten menu
Elizabeth is SO sweet and SO kind, and Pesco’s food is absolutely insane!! Elizabeth even gave us free samples of all the sauces and free slices of bread to try (which was so so good). You must try this food stand!! Also, the Italian wheat Elizabeth uses is safe to eat for gluten sensitive folks, even my friend who is extremely sensitive to gluten is able to eat all her bread and pasta with no problem! Seriously, give it a try :)
This place was a lot better than expected. I was skeptical before going in as it looked kind of rundown from the outside and even when going to the website you can't even pull up a menu. Fortunately I went in and saw that this place is actually really cool with the nice layout and friendly service. I had a caramel latte that was good along with bacon and egg quiche and strawberry gluten free muffin. Both of those were tasty. They didn't have a condiment area with sleeves, sugar, stir sticks, etc. Bottom line, freshen up the outside, get a good online website and have a condiment station and you'll be great!!
This is my favorite Thai restaurant ever. The family that owns it and works there are so sweet and the food tastes amazing. The best pad thai and thai tea around. It's also great for people with celiac disease because the only thing on the menu with gluten are the spring rolls and those are in a designated fryer. My boyfriend and I can't get enough of this place and it's always a weekly lunch/dinner date for us.
Loved the Perogies, clam chowder, oysters shooters, wings, and ribs were good. Service and gluten-free lava cake were amazing! Definitely coming back!!
