3 stars at best. While I am grateful for being able to eat safely when travelling, this was not my best dreams. I had the gf pasta with mushrooms and prawns. The mushrooms were spongy or rubbery and the prawns were well overcooked. The sauce was very salty and garlic overpowered everything. I think I’ll be safe from a vampire attack for weeks. The extra 3,50€ for gf pasta is clearly stated on the menu so I was prepared for the pricing.
My salad was tired and the lettuce limp or slimy.
I was disappointed with my meal. I won’t be returning.
The service was great. The staff attentive. I can’t fault them. Again, I am totally grateful for restaurants who go above and beyond to cater for those with coeliac disease. Maybe I just got them on a bad night. I’ll leave it to others to make their own decisions. Buon appetito
We are a vegan couple. I am gluten intolerant and try to limit sugar as much as possible, so this place seemed perfect for us. We ordered two kinds of tacos, one with jackfruit and one with "beef" and fries. The "beef" steaks were not cooked at all, as if they had been microwaved to be cooked, we took one bite, it was really bad... we preferred not to touch it again. We are used to cooking with this brand, so we know what it is supposed to taste like. Same for the jackfruit which was not cooked at all. It was taken from a can and mixed with the avocado as is, and half of the fries were not cooked... We wanted to try the pastries, but we were put off. The cooks were on the terrace when our order was placed, they went into the kitchen for less than 10 minutes and came right back out... It's a heatwave, I understand that they don't want to stay in the kitchen, but in that case, don't offer dishes that need to be cooked if the cooks don't want to run the machines in the kitchen. A great concept, but the quality of the food needs to be reviewed.

My absolute favorite restaurant. The perfect mix of healthy dishes & sweet sins. There's definitely something for everyone, whether you're a vegan, meat eater or someone with gluten intolerance.
Nice staff and big compliments to the chefs :)
A really nice café with good music and great employees - you can really tell that you enjoy your job :)
I particularly like the outdoor area in spring/summer, the coffee tastes very good (cold brew!!) and there is even almost every milk alternative.
Regardless of whether you prefer something sweet or something savory, there is something suitable for everyone - also vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free <3
Definitely worth 5 stars!
We spontaneously stopped by for dinner today and left happy and full!
We were particularly impressed by the homemade dough – even the gluten-free version was really delicious!
The hosts were super nice and welcoming – thank you so much!
We'll definitely be back :)
Sensational service. Despite having a reservation we had to wait a short time. We were immediately invited to the bar for a glass of delicious Prosecco. Pasta and pizza are both available gluten-free. The gluten-free pizza was the best I've had so far. We'd love to come back.
Super great visit to Vapiano! Great service, got the food quickly and was super tasty! The furnishings are also really nice!
I had a gluten free and vegan pinsa! Best gluten-free dough I had in Stuttgart when it comes to pizza/pinsa!

Overall, it was very good, and the service was very friendly. However, it gets -1 star for the fact that they advertise a gluten-free bun. Unfortunately, there is a disease in Germany that prohibits eating any gluten, meaning grains, flour, etc. Even crumbs of it have serious consequences. It was really difficult for one person to find something they could eat. I would be happy if it were labeled "gluten-reduced," so everyone would be aware that the kitchen unfortunately doesn't/can't adhere strictly to this.
I would also like to see the allergen menu updated; unfortunately, there were some dishes on it that are no longer available.
We were here for breakfast on Sunday and were able to sit outside! It was great! The service was very attentive, and since we arrived before 10 a.m., we were able to get a table without a reservation. We had an iced latte, gluten-free pancakes, and scrambled eggs with salmon. Everything was delicious and prepared with lots of love. The food arrived quickly, and paying was no problem either.
I tried the gluten-free pinsa for the first time. I even got a custom-made one upon request 😁🫶🏽 I liked it, but the pinsa was cold in some places - maybe it was because of the cream sauce. The service is super accommodating, friendly & personable! Everyone works hand in hand and depending on where you sit, you can also watch live as the pizza makers throw and twist the dough in the air before the pizza goes into the oven...🍕👨🏻🍳
Ambience is ok, rather small, rustic Italian and when the tables are full you have to speak very loudly to reach the person you are talking to. If you want it to be quieter, you shouldn't go there on Friday evenings during prime time.
Absolutely loved the gluten free cheeseburger! A treat for everyone who loves burgers 😍
I'm already looking forward to the next time! Thank you for having “celiacs” for us 🫶
We visited Sushi one on a Monday lunchtime. There were few guests there. The food came after two (starter) or five (sushi) minutes.
We had very friendly, courteous service.
Very attentive to the gluten-free nature of dishes and soy sauce.
The ambience is very nice, especially for Ghibli fans ;)

Since we wanted to visit this restaurant with a person who has celiac disease, we tried to reach the restaurant in advance by phone and email. Both remained unsuccessful after multiple attempts over the course of days.
So we thought we would just make a reservation and try it out or ask directly on site.
There is an allergy menu and, according to the waitress, some side dishes are made in special deep fryers. If necessary, check again during your visit to find out exactly which meat dishes are gluten-free.
On site with 5 people, we were greeted at the entrance and two tables were pushed together in the very full restaurant and we were promised that another chair would be brought immediately. However, he didn't come, so we ourselves relieved a neighboring table of a free chair.
As we later found out from the waitress, our host should have given us the menu straight away. That would have saved us 10 minutes of waiting.
However, the service was very nice and helpful.
Due to the very loud atmosphere in the restaurant, it was not easy to have a conversation. Here you might have to wait for peak hours (7 p.m. - 8 p.m.).
The food was very, very tasty. You get all-you-can-eat fries with every steak and you can order additional side dishes that you can order again and again.
We also had no complaints about the side dishes being shared.
With the steak you get a hot stone on which you can continue cooking the steak as needed.
This is a nice gimmick.
The drinks are also very tasty. I can recommend the homemade lemonade here.
All in all, a nice visit with some minor difficulties but we would definitely come back at a quieter time.
Super delicious unique food!😋
I had the BBQ pulled pork with coleslaw on the homemade fries.
We recommend
I think the drinks are a bit overpriced at €3.40 or so for a 0.33l Sprite
Another thing to note is that most of the menu options are gluten-free.
We went there with friends for breakfast - it's best to come as soon as it opens, then you'll be able to get a table - otherwise it's very busy and involves a long wait, which is absolutely worth it. Every dish and drink was fresh and delicious ☺️
Absolute recommendation! Gluten-free and dairy-free are implemented here without any problems and taste great! Thank you for the beautiful and delicious hours with you! 🤗
The atmosphere is modern, pretty and clean. Clear recommendation if you are in Stuttgart.
Very tasty and very friendly waiters! The best homemade gluten-free pizza I've ever had. There was even a gluten-free chocolate soufflé for dessert. We'll definitely be back.
Super friendly staff. The food was brought quickly and tasted excellent. The menu lists all allergens and the waitress knew that the sauces were gluten-free. Instead of spaetzle, fried potatoes were simply delivered.
Fantastic bar - great food. Rammed with Scottish fans / pipers and the staff were incredible. Even managed to rustle up gluten free sauce for my steak when I asked what could be done gluten free from menu. Top notch.
The occasional unfriendly staff and no gluten-free bread, but today the correct Abi was at the start. The food is of course very tasty, as is the case with all Subways.
The service was super friendly and humorous. Even though the restaurant was full, we still managed to get a table as a group. Everyone found something. The advice and a gluten-free Samurai Bowl also worked. The food was fresh and crunchy and tasted good. I can highly recommend it and would be happy to come back.
As always, quite good. Negative point: They should take the gluten-free sub out of the range or train the employees / adapt the way the sub is put together. So it is ultimately only dangerous for those affected by celiac disease.
Great little restaurant/bar to linger and eat! In summer there are great outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy the sun. There is an indoor area with a good kitchen and an outdoor bar. The food collection is controlled with a sensor that vibrates. The food comes quickly but is super tasty and freshly prepared. Prices are fair for both. Toilets are well maintained and clean. If you are traveling in Rosenstein Park you should stop here. There is also a bike station with tools. There are also gluten-free options!
Very funny idea to offer Swabian tapas. It's especially great for business meals, with business partners from abroad, or to show someone as much of Swabian cuisine as possible.
There are some gluten-free dishes (potato salad, sausage salad, roulades, ...) so it's really fun even for people with celiac disease! The service was very nice.
A map in English would be great ☺️
Their vegan Thai rice bowl is the best bowl I've ever had, I could eat it every day! But they have so many amazing vegan options, it's hard to choose. The service is very fast and friendly. They have seats outside and inside as well. Great choice for lunch or dinner, the bowls are really filling. Gluten free options as well.
We were able to celebrate our wedding at “Hallo Emil” - we fell in love with the location from the first viewing and are so happy that we were able to get one of the last available dates. Starting with Marcel's great organization, who gave us the feeling of ease and "everything is made possible for us" right from the start 🙃 When visiting other locations, we often heard what wasn't possible.
So in our case it was no problem at all to be able to enjoy a grill buffet with completely gluten-free starters and side dishes. Our floral decorations inside and outside were decorated by the team on the same day according to our ideas - a dream. Thanks to sunny weather, our free wedding ceremony could take place in the pavilion. But even if it rained there would have been a wonderful place inside. The service was super warm, attentive and accommodating. The grill buffet was incredibly tasty and unique - in addition to the great atmosphere, the quality of the food, the seasoning and the special compositions of the cuisine were praised by our guests. The dessert buffet set up outside was the icing on the cake. Finally, we can only say, thank you to the Hello Emil team for our wonderful and unforgettable wedding!!
I’m celiac and the manager/owner helped me decide what I could eat. I went twice and I had palak paneer and a curry. One time they brought me a crispy chip thing made of lentil flour that was nice as an appetizer. My husband liked his butter chicken- he can’t eat spicy food.
Great service! Will definitely be a place we visit regularly. They take credit cards, too.
There are fries with different sauces from which you can have whatever you want. All dishes are labeled whether they are vegan or gluten-free. I think that's really great.
The food was very good and gluten free.
Unfortunately the planted base meat was empty and we had to pay extra for the alternative. The order also took a very long time. However, super tasty.
A really great sushi restaurant!
Suitable for gluten-free!
The "all you can eat" system, in which 5 different dishes can be ordered per person every 15 minutes, gives you the opportunity to eat many different, small dishes and you will be super full!
Ordering yourself via tablet is easy and ingenious; you have pictures of the dishes and find additional information right there. The order history and the current invoice can also be viewed at any time.
Drinks are charged extra and the price for the menu is absolutely reasonable, around €29 for many rounds of delicacies!
Something special to highlight:
We asked for gluten free soy sauce and got it! Really great! We were also offered the option of leaving out the sauce from the warm dish in order to use soy sauce.
We were thrilled!!
The restaurant is one of the best restaurants I have been to in the Stuttgart-Tuebingen area. They have a balanced selection of dishes to order from and the ambiance is fancy, yet cosy. Even though their menu is not gluten-free, the waiter confirmed they can make almost any dish gluten-free and in a separate pan. Also, their chef used to be a 3-star Michelin chef.
