Place chosen for its attention to gluten-free (AIC certified). Really really good. Abundant cold cuts platter, very good omelette (which are actually scrambled eggs) with truffle, the first courses were 10 and praise (tagliatelle sg with truffle and tagliatelle sg with bacon and pecorino... It felt like being in Rome, very good)

Informal and fantastic restaurant: trucker restaurant atmosphere, vast menu, super generous portions, very kind and approachable staff and prices that you would always like to see.
I would like to point out a very wide choice of gluten-free first courses, second courses, sandwiches and pizzas.
You can park right in front of the restaurant.

Excellent Umbrian restaurant, refined atmosphere, typical location in various large tavern-style rooms. Menu with various courses, also gluten-free, and tasting menus. Excellent truffle dishes. Good tagliata with pistachio cream. Good wine list. Also good desserts, such as tozzetti with vin santo and anise biscuits, of their own production. Friendly staff, in particular Mr. Andrea, a special person. Prices appropriate to the catering offered, medium-high range. I recommend for those who want quality.
Wonderful discovery this evening in our mini family vacation ... well-kept place welcoming and familiar, Roberta the cook present in the room, friendly professional and very good in the kitchen, precise, punctual and friendly waiting staff. Compliments again to the very competent owner, attentive to the needs of customers even the smallest. We ate in a satisfying, genuine and delicious way, we were very very happy. My husband was brought back to the flavors of home .. to his mother's cooking, I, celiac, was able to enjoy Roberta's cooking without restrictions ... and my children with a thumbs up ... We will return in these days to be able to delight our palates with what we were not able to taste this evening. SUPER SUPER RECOMMENDED. Compliments!!!
We came here to have a wide choice according to our dietary needs. My friend was able to choose between various gluten free dishes with ease and this is not to be taken for granted. The staff is approachable and the environment welcoming.
The food was really excellent but we didn't taste the desserts to be able to give a complete judgement.
As starters we chose a trio of tartare, red cabbage pie with brie fondue and summer truffle, cheese platter... everything perfect!
As main courses, a gluten free pizza with non-homemade dough, grilled chop and mixed salad, sliced chicken with rocket, cherry tomatoes and parmesan, stuffed pasta.
Very satisfied.
