Who knows what their food is like. They didn’t open at 10am like their hours say they do & so I didn’t get to try their gluten free food on my flying visit to HK. Sad, cos now I have to go to a muggle bakery and watch other people eat nice things. Boo hoo Sweatpea cafe.
Top tip: if your Google hours say you open at a certain time, please do so, OR get them changed!
So disappointing that they cook everything in SEED Oils! Ironic that it’s gluten free, advertised as healthy and organic but won’t make the effort to spend a little extra on healthy oils. . Especially at the exuberantly high priced dishes . If you’re looking for real clean , organic food . I suggest spice box!
Had their galettes at AIA, super tasty savoury and sweet, very friendly staff/owner happy to cater well for gluten free people. Will definitely recommend and can only think the restaurant will be even better.
Bedu is FANTASTIC and best of all - celiac friendly! Their menu is marked with gluten free indicators and the chef is very knowledgeable. On top of that, the food is some of the absolute best I have ever had. We were honestly blown away. The labneh is to die for.
Big ups to the team for being accommodating and helpful!
Fantastic little Italian pizza restaurant tucked away in central Hong Kong. Great range of entree, pizza and dessert options. Can cater for specific dietary requests and gluten free pizza bases are available. The beef tartare was AMAZING as was the tropical sundae- perfect blend of mango, coconut and vanilla!
Please go here and support this restaurant. Amazing food and amazing service. We are visiting from the US and my wife is gluten free, so options are limited. We founds Pici and they have a designated gluten free menu. We ordered a dish to go and it was so amazing that we came back a second night in a row. While waiting outside for the food, the manager brought me out a glass of orange juice. They are just so kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back for a third or fourth time this trip.
Cutest salad shop with vegan and gluten free options. Asian and European flavours to cater to all! I had an Asian plate with curry, cold Chinese salad and tofu. Hubs had chickpeas, beetroot and lentils. Would come again.
They had a gluten free option for sandwiches and it was really good. I definitely recommend it to someone who wants sandwiches for lunch! You. You can also pick what to put on your sandwich through a self ordering menu!
We had amazing experience with wonderful service, including highly caring staff members. The good, all fishes we have had, was absolutely delicious. I personally could never think I can eat sashimi, as i previously never liked the raw meat, but the Salman and the other fish, had such amazing flavour that I could enjoy the most and even ask for more. The chief souls be talented and well experienced, to make such delicious foods. To take ie to another level, we are on gluten free diet (not coeliac but just intolerant) and the chief made some alterations in the food for us, so we could adhere to our diet.
Well done team. We cannot wait to come back and we do not hesitate to recommend it to all visitors who are looking for an amazing taste.

There is a beer menu, wine list, gluten-free menu, and regular menu. Make sure you get the ones you need. Very dark. Menu could be printed a little larger. It's hard to read in the dark environment.
Very nice and authentic Italian pizzeria, they also make a proper gluten-free pizza which was a bless for me, it was so good that I had to order the second one right after finishing the first pizza 🤭.
Plus, the staff was super friendly and fun 😉
Strongly recommended 👌
I indulged myself on the Yashoku Night Brunch the 6th of January. Even though the free flow setting is definately up for group parties, I really enjoyed the evening on my own. With very friendly staff, a nice atmosphere with DJ and live percussion, delicious drinks and a beautiful evening filling glutenfree food journey. A night to remember!
A hidden gem serving British style Chinese in the heart of Hong Kong. Good food, served in huge portions, in stylish surroundings. It is also one of the few places in Hong Kong to serve truly safe gluten free Chinese food. The aromatic duck in particular is thoroughly recommended. A little quiet at lunch time.
We have been regulars at ACT for 1 year now. Fantastic food and great service. We are really happy to have so many options that are vegan, vegetarian and gluten free. Also allergy friendly. The East African Vegetable Stew, kidney beans and Rolex are nutritious and yum.
Friendly staff, good food. Meat was very good (in taste and texture), tiger prawn the same, and allergens (gluten) were taken into account. Dessert (coconut balls) really tasty.
A bit on the pricey side, that was the only downside. Otherwise great
Amber, Now in its 18th year of operation. After closing for renovation in 2018, Amber made a stunning comeback in May 2019.
Dutch-born chef Richard Ekkebus's restaurant has undergone a radical revamp. The refreshed space feels natural, with soft curves and undulating gold sculptures hanging overhead.
As opposed to the à la carte of the past, it now serves only prix-fixe menus, one of which is vegetarian, dairy- and gluten-free with reduced salt. The new Amber no longer uses dairy, gluten, refined sugar or salt.
Food is of high quality, innovative and will pleasure any palate.

A fantastic meal! Roganic catered for my families various allergies (dairy, nuts, onion, gluten) without detracting at all
From the flavour. We had the tasting menu. Every dish was balanced and wonderfully flavoured with each of us having our own version tailored to our individual allergy needs. Highly recommended.
Great spot to grab a quick beverage like a seltzer or kombucha. Lots of gluten free snack options. Nice vitamin and supplement section. They even have some deli meat and frozen raw meat. Some things are a little pricey, but just check the prices and expiration date and decide if it’s right for you. They have a lot of options here that you can’t find easily elsewhere in HK.
