Ordering from the kiosk was easy. We ate outside; which was lovely and breezy. I liked the fact they have large sanitary wipes on each trash can top for individual use. Our food came hot and in a timely fashion. Our server was kind and accommodating. I had the bbq double cheeseburger without the fried pickles (bbq Colorado). I have celiacs disease so I had the gluten-free bun. I loved that they toasted it! They have the best gluten-free buns! What I disliked was the restroom size. Only 1 toilet; however it was clean.
Paid $13 for a sandwich that looked like it was made by a raccoon in a dumpster. My wife has a severe gluten allergy, and jersey mikes is one of the few places she can somewhat safely eat from while at work. The sandwich she received was not in any way shape or form what I would’ve expected from jersey mikes. The top half of the “bread” was 80% rock hard crust, while the rest of the ingredients looked like it was slopped on with zero care or attention. There is no way you can convince me that the employee that made that sandwich was proud of their work. Laziness and incompetence at its finest. Please feel free to have a manager reach out to make this right, but until then I will have to cross jersey mikes off of my wife’s very short list of places to eat.
EDIT:
I politely emailed the company as requested in their response to my review, and have yet to receive any correspondence back at almost a month later. As an FYI to people that read reviews; Atlantic Food Group will respond to reviews to make it seem like they care, but will not follow up on or address any problems or concerns that are brought to them. Makes sense seeing as they only have a 1 star rating on Google, and why their franchises have been steadily going downhill for years.
Mixed feelings. It's been about 8 years since being in JMs and I thought I'd get a sandwich as good as I remember. The Italian was as good as I remember and all meats freshly sliced. However, the cheesesteak was disappointing. Having to get a gluten free roll, I saw my regular size gf roll was noticeably smaller than the normal rolls. Plus, the amount of steak was maybe half of what it used to be, a very sad looking cheesesteak. Won't order one of those again.

The staff was super friendly. This was our first time eating at a Noodles and Company. The guy came over and went over the menu. My husband has to eat gluten free and they were able to accommodate him. The kids loved the mac and cheese.
Service service service...they bring your meal to your table and take your tray when you are done...and in between good tasting food.. Gluten Free buns too!!

Thank you Chick-fil-A😄❤️😄❤️😄❤️
I eat at THIS location at least a couple times each week. The staff, food, atmosphere, cleanliness, are Always tip top! Anyone saying otherwise can get a gluten-free “knuckle wrap” on me, jk but seriously. Great Place!
We have team lunches here all the time too! They’re always accommodating us, even if it’s last minute. One of my favorite spots in all of VB. Thanks for making lunch fun and easy y’all. 🙏❤️💯
Their food is ok for on the go no time to cook. Donuts the kids love. I go for the coffee which for me is great and priced perfect. I am gluten intolerant so my only real food choice is egg veggie thing.
Wish for more choices. But then prices go up. So I am good with the coffee thing. The service is very good. And the people are mostly friendly and welcoming.
