First time coming to Bigalora over the weekend of July 20-22nd, we ordered many different items from the menu so we could really try them out. Every appetizer and entree we ordered was delicious, the kids loved their desserts. Server was great and attentive and the diner itself is really nice inside and out. We sat inside, got a large booth near the bar. Everything was clean and my family left very happy. Also appreciate the large gluten free menu they offer, is a major upgrade to typical menus. Will be back, thanks!
Good place. I’ve had the soups & they are good. Most are gluten free. Some of their other gluten free items could use improvement but overall it’s a good place.
Customer service was great over the phone and in person. Ill start off by pointing out the dirtiness of the store. As you walk in you can tell the lobby and kitchen area gets cleaned only when they close if that. Very nasty and does not look good at all. My experience with kosher places of business has been amazing all these years until this place. Normally they are very clean and the food doesnt mess you up at all. I ordered 2 gluten free pizzas. The first had anchovies and red onion, the second had ground beed and green peppers. None of the 2 pizzas were cut into slices🤔. Both were burned around the edges. The anchovies tasted good but the other pizza had a very wierd taste. As soon as i finished both pizzas i spent the next 6 or 7 hours running back and forth to the bathroom. I dont know what happend but this place should have the city come and inspect their store. I appreciate them having gluten free as an option but whatever i experienced was NOT a good feeling at all.
My partner and I traveled from upstate today to get some kosher groceries and decided to eat at a kosher restaurant while in the area. We rarely get the chance to eat non-vegetarian Chinese, so we decided on here, and I am SO glad that we did!! I got the sesame chicken and it was delicious. My partner cannot eat gluten, and he was very happy with the gluten-free meal he ordered. We do not get to eat meat very often when going out, so this was great and almost worth the trip alone! :)
We love this little restaurant, down-to-earth, good Vietnamese food, not pretentious ; my husband and I go there every week or two when we don’t feel like cooking at home. I usually order the vegetarian spring rolls in rice paper, the peanut sauce is absolutely delicious and it’s gluten free. They also have avocado and fried egg rolls. We enjoy a large bowl of pho. My vegetarian pho, served with tofu and traditional basil, jalapeño, Ming sprouts and lime, is a large serving and I have left overs for lunch tomorrow. We enjoy their delicious avocado smoothie at the end. It’s a small, heimish , family-like place, the owner already knows our favorite dishes .
The food is phenomenal and the go to for amazing Korean BBQ. They are also very conscientious when we told them about a gluten allergy and let us know which side dishes were safe to try.
