My favorite restaurant in Simsbury!! Always great food and great service. Fantastic with food allergies- I have celiac and have never gotten sick there. They’ve got a dedicated gluten-free fryer and gf hamburger buns. Highly recommend!!!
My husband and I made dinner reservations at soma for our anniversary. When we got there the hostess barely acknowledged us. We were seated in the dining room which was not busy and had many open tables. We sat there for 20 minutes without a server acknowledging us or even pouring us water (2 servers walked by us multiple times).the table next to us complained to the server that they had waited for over 45 minutes and still hadn’t received their drinks. Still no service for my husband and I at this point. We ended up leaving without ordering anything or being acknowledged for 30 minutes. Honestly worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Very disappointed because we were looking forward to the gluten free options but I would never go there again after that experience.
We love the food and environment. Unusually charming for a restaurant in a strip mall. Can get really busy and can be a wait. The trio appetizer is great and gluten friendly.
We love this place. There are food options for everyone in our family (vegetarian, gluten free, peanut allergy). The Sunday brunch deal is well worth it!!
One of the best dining experiences ever. The hospitality here is superb. The venue is cozy, romantic, beautiful, and clean. We had the most amazing table by the waterfall view. We felt very celebrated at our anniversary dinner, especially taken care of by Ron our amazing waiter. We got the chef's choice 5 course meal, and they even made one gluten free for me with no hassle. It was all perfectly delicious, especially great fresh seafood. We will definitely be returning to celebrate with Millwright again.
Every item we ordered was fantastic-lots of gluten-free choices. I was there for my birthday, and they gave me a small vase of flowers to take home. They split my sister‘s dessert and put a candle in mine so we could celebrate together. The service was attentive and discreet. The atmosphere was beautiful.
Amazing Indian restaurant. Has a variety of dishes. All the dishes are gluten free which is great. The owners are absolutely fantastic and super friendly. Highly recommend!
Very expensive for what we ordered. Did curbside pickup and didn't find out til I picked up after specifying when ordering that only 1 of the 4 items I ordered we're gluten-free. I won't be going back again.
I like what they did with the place. It’s much warmer decor. Friendly service and gluten free desserts. It sounds like there will be more gluten free food options soon too.

This is a true top quality, real food kind of place. Hard to describe how perfect the taste and flavor pairings were, and everything was so solid. Definitely no fillers or cut corners or cheap crap in the food. It was sincerely delightful, and everyone on the service staff was genuine, attentive to detail, relatable, relaxed and also highly competent. The only thing I would recommend is that the Al a carte menu list which items are dairy free or gluten free for those of us with sensitivities. All in all an exquisite experience, and if we're back in the area we will definitely visit again!
