My husband and I came for lunch and Josh was AMAZING! His recommendations for wine and our food were spot on! We are both gluten-free and the fact that this establishment caters and feels so deeply to offer such delicious gluten-free options is more than we could ever ask for. We couldn’t have been more happy with the entire experience with Josh. We can’t wait to come back and visit him

*** Be careful with Gluten Free options. *** The food is posted in my review. Thinking cross contamination, which is rare for me*** Half rack dry rub ribs, beans and the dill-ly potato salad was great for lunch. All GF options clearly marked, plus all questions were answered quickly. Bar has several GF canned options as well.

Our first stop on Broadway was to Jack’s Bar-B-Que for some brisket!! This place was more like a fast food joint but the guy working behind the counter was awesome at getting new gloves, a new cutting board and grabbing fresh meat from the warmer to make it celiac/gluten free safe! 👍🏼😋

Our visit was wonderful! We were walking around and spotted etch (which I had read about online), so walked in and took a spot at the community table in the front of the restaurant. Josh provided excellent service, all while tending bar nearby. We shared the delicious Roasted Cauliflower as an appetizer, along with amazing gluten free rolls! I had the scallops and my husband had the filet. I had the pavlova for dessert, and my husband had pumpkin spice ice cream. All dishes were beautifully presented and SO delicious! The community table wound up being just us, which was awesome! We were on the early side. Thanks for helping us celebrate our 40th anniversary. It was a perfect experience!
