Each course had its own flavour, we ate vegetarian and non-vegetarian, everything was excellent. A nice original and well thought out menu. The gluten free solution is excellent to also accommodate those who want to treat themselves to an excellent dinner even though they cannot eat gluten. Intimate and pleasant location. Super helpful and courteous staff!

This has been our 'go to' place for aperativo and for dinner each night of our stay in Ostia di Lido. The staff have always been very welcoming and the food is delicious. The extra touch of taking my dining companion's allergy to gluten and supplying a gluten free option for the complimentary starter was a delight, as was the lovely smile which greeted us on our return visit. I highly recommend Insolito and their wonderful wait staff and chefs.

My visit to Ristorante Vegano Status Quo was an absolute highlight of my stay in Lido di Ostia! From the moment I entered the restaurant I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ambience is tasteful and relaxed, perfect for a cozy evening. As for the food – simply outstanding! The menu is creative and varied, with a clear focus on fresh, seasonal and organic ingredients. It is impressive to see how vegan and often gluten-free dishes are interpreted here at such a high level. Every dish we tried was a feast for the senses. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the presentation loving and the portions more than sufficient. I particularly remember [Here you could name one or two specific dishes if you know any, e.g.: the homemade pasta with seasonal vegetables and the delicious tart for dessert]. You can just see the passion and creativity that goes into every single dish. The service was also first class. The staff was friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients. They took the time to answer questions and make recommendations. The selection of drinks was also very good, with a nice selection of organic wines and other suitable accompaniments to the meal. The Ristorante Vegano Status Quo is more than just a vegan restaurant - it is a place where you can experience the diversity and enjoyment of plant-based cuisine at the highest level. Whether you're already vegan or just curious about innovative and delicious dishes, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. I can fully recommend Status Quo and am already looking forward to my next visit! An absolute must in Lido di Ostia!
