I can’t speak for the service or venue since my wife and I door dashed the food to our hotel. We each got a cinnamon roll, hers being gluten free, and honestly you could barely tell the difference. It was insanely good. This will be a new staple for dessert when we come back. I also got a salmon lox sandwich which was fresh and delicious as well. This is definitely on our “get every time we’re in Maui” list.

Friendly service with the freshest of fresh fish. Prices were very reasonable. Parking was easy. A must go for those needing gluten free sushi! Their Wasabi is gluten free and they have gf tamari sauce! If you're in the crave for sushi and need gluten free, this truck is it. And if you're an uni fan, they have the one from Japan!

We loved this place so much, we came back a second time during our short vacation in the Hilo area! And we bought t-shirts! Great food and drink, and they are very good with Gluten Free! I say check them out!
