The owners are super friendly and serve excellent food that's completely gluten-free, so much so that even those without the disease won't notice the difference. It's always appreciated to find a restaurant that controls gluten-free options without any contamination and that also offers delicious food. My go-to place in Mérida!

We went for a drink and one of my friends has celiac disease. Lucia, the waitress, treated us excellently and with attention to detail, offering us a gluten-free skewer so I could eat it. I bought two cakes, one of 12 and the other of 2 servings, the small one was gluten-free and lactose-free, with chocolate biscuits and cream filling, a delicious option for intolerants and celiacs. The large chocolate one, exquisite, said those who were lucky enough to be able to try it, all chocolate, freshly made, super juicy, delicious. Very good treatment, we will surely return.
