I don't think there's a 100% gluten-free restaurant in Extremadura that offers the service and quality this restaurant offers. The owners are super friendly and serve excellent food that's completely gluten-free, so much so that even those without the disease won't notice the difference.
It's always appreciated to find a restaurant that controls gluten-free options without any contamination and that also offers delicious food. My go-to place in Mérida!
A highly recommended place with things for celiacs, hard-working people, especially the manager, who gives his all from morning to night. It's very sad to see how people post reviews just to cause harm. Anyway, just look at the email they post.
