My family has been eating at Good Stuff for literal decades now and we have always left happy. There is something for everyone with plenty of variety even with any dietary restrictions and the servers are friendly yet efficient. Some of my menu faves include the gluten free pancakes with eggs or the Greek Omelet. Other family faves are the chili, burgers and wraps. Lots of decently priced healthy options too. Yum.
I had a horrible experience at this location. I was with two other people and I ordered a gluten free cheesecake as my entree and my friends ordered regular entrees. We asked for everything to be brought together but my cheesecake was 1 hour later, after my friends were completely done with their entrees and waiting. It gets worse though. My gluten free cheesecake was smeared on one side with Oreo crumbs. I have celiac disease and can not have contact with gluten, which is why I ordered a GF cheesecake and told the server it was an allergy. I have never experienced this level of negligence. I luckily saw it before eating it and my friend tried the Oreo crumbs and confirmed that they were indeed Oreo crumbs. I told our server and he replaced it with another slice. 25 minutes later. After waiting an hour for my first contaminated slice. The waiter gaslighted me and said that there were no Oreo crumbs. No redress or even apologies were offered. I expect the manager to take this seriously and train the staff better on gluten free safety.
Excellent execution of the classic "Original Pancake House Experience". Food was delicious and made quickly, to order, and the server was able to figure out (with a little coaching) what my wife needed to have a safer gluten-free experience. I'm only giving 3 stars for the atmosphere because it was pretty loud along the edge of their large indoor seating area.
First visit to the establishment. Nice atmosphere, good view of the water and great claim chowder.
My partner ordered the Sautéed Sanddabs, modified for gluten free with rice instead of potatoes. There was a light seasing but not enough, we assume all the flavors are in the flour they typically coat the fish with. Seemed to be a meater version of a tilapia
I had the Tuscan Artichoke Rockfish (Snapper), CA. There was a coating of panko bread crumbs but no detectable tomato pesto. Someone missed the memo as the description of the dish only mentions the tomato pasto. So a bit bland. Artichoke hearts came coated in bread crumbs as well, not to bad. Risotto was nothing to write home about, small serving and no seasoning.
The dish did not go together well at all. I expected so much more based on the price.
What an incredible addition to the area. The fact that this place used to be a chipotle means that nature is truly healing. The quiche Lorraine was absolutely perfect and the Niçoise salad and opera cake got rave reviews from the gluten free camp. Service was patient and helpful when making our selection from their bountiful and varied menu. Great spot to relax with a coffee or a sweet treat and take advantage of the sun and slight breeze.
I would call this place a hidden gem in the city of Redondo Beach. They have both breakfast and lunch all day, which is awesome. They even have gluten free and vegan options available too! From coffees to smoothies to juices, Sacks has a lot to offer. Tried their Jerry Scramble breakfast and customized it a bit. The quality and flavor did not disappoint at all. It can get fairly busy on weekends, but the friendly customer service makes it worth the wait. Highly recommend trying this place out. You won’t be disappointed.
Great spot for happy hour! We sat down and got chips & salsa brought to the table. Such great chips with tajin! Delicious margs. Loved all the gluten free taco options, and the guac was delicious. Awesome spot for people watching too - would definitely go back.
I've been eating at Green Temple for years and it is delicious!! It's vegetarian/vegan friendly and is probably one of the best tasting restaurants in the South Bay!! I'm not veg or vegan but I eat healthy and am allergic to gluten. They have plenty of options that are gf. Love this place!!
The food tasted great! You can tell they use high quality ingredients! I read that Creme de la Crepe uses olive oil for cooking which is great because cheap seed oils are so inflammatory and bad for our health. I was thrilled to see all the gluten free options too!
We had French press coffee, tea, French bread, and the chorizo hash and it all was really good! The bread took a while to come out, but they apologized for the wait.
We'll definitely come back!

Unbelievably divine at every level! The care and sourcing of products and ingredients is simply amazing and it’s evident with each bite whether savory or sweet. Enjoyed a superb afternoon tea and had to have gluten free as I’m a celiac. The avacado toast and salmon spread (sans bread and served on romaine) was wonderful and then the sweets - oh my!! Walked away with a potato gratin, several desserts and was thrilled! The owners are lovely!
The food was so good. Flavorful, everything was clearly marked gluten free, the lima soda is out of this world amazing, the service was helpful and kind. I would absolutely recommend this place to any and everyone. I already can't wait to come back!
Oat milk matcha for the win! The owner Jeff happened to be there, he introduced himself and was super cool. Natalie made my matcha… delish 😋 I also got the gluten free financier. Good vibes, fast service and quality stuff. Will be back for sure.
I ordered take out cuz I'm a guest in the hotel and the person on the phone who took my order was really patient and helpful. They made accommodations for my gluten and dairy-free needs with no problem, the gluten-free pizza was absolutely delicious and they did it without cheese for me which was great I made my own pizza with olives basil red sauce balsamic glaze and mushrooms! The octopus was a little bit chewy but the flavor was so amazing and the potatoes were divine and I liked the sauce a lot so I'll give it a pass and the crispy rice tuna bites are absolutely divine They don't even really need the sauces that they come with
The breakfast burrito was delicious. Tamale was good, too. Clean place and very good customer service. The gluten-free almond donut balls go well with coffee.

Wow, the Tri Tip dip sandwich was amazing! They even had a great tasting gluten free roll available.
My husband got the Pastrami sandwich and said it was great!
