I recently ordered takeout from Pura Vita and I had a great experience! As someone who follows a gluten-free and vegan diet, it can be challenging to find places that cater to both, but this restaurant exceeded my expectations and IT TASTES DELICIOUS! The menu offered a fantastic variety of dishes, all bursting with flavor. I tried the Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe and the meatball and it was great —perfectly seasoned. The portion sizes were generous, and I appreciated the fresh ingredients used in every bite. I’ll be back and highly recommend!

They really put work in customer service, and the food is soooo indulgent. So rare to have a vegan spot also be soy-free, gluten-free, and generally allergy-friendly whilst also being packed with flavor.

Our server Michael A. Was hands down the worst server I've ever had. We asked what came with certain items, and he gave very short/vague answers. We asked what came with the stuffed mushrooms, and he said, "Cheese." We asked for a substitution on a item due to the fact I have a gluten alergy, and he removed the item from the plate but, then charged separately for the substitution as if it was a add on. It took 15 mins for our drink orders to come even though the table next to us came 10 minutes after and received their appetizers and drinks before us. He seemed lost or dazed every time we spoke with him. We had to flag him down just to ask for a water refill. This places service has gone downhill, and I will never be bringing my family back again. Please remove this cancer from your staff.
