Confusing feed me menu as it allows selection of each section of the meals. Never seen that before which wasted some time on our behalf, trying to sort out what we were having. Seemed to cater pretty well for celiac though. Food was tasty enough
My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the 'indulgent experience'. Our host Bronwyn provided an excellent demonstration, peppered with tidbits from Maggie's life. After an initial tasting, we then adjourned to the restaurant, where we had delicious food, before a wine tasting and dessert.
There is the opportunity to have photos in the 'The cook and the chef' kitchen and items signed by Maggie.
As a coeliac, I was pleased to have separate bread which was especially cooked by the chef that morning. Nothing was too much trouble and the customer service was outstanding.
I thoroughly recommend this as a special occasion, but there is no need to eat breakfast, as the amount of food provided is extremely generous.
Everything was great, it certainly helped with beautiful weather. I had the gluten free base which was ok but would have been better if cooked longer. It seams universal to pay an additional $4 for it which makes me wonder, is it free to serve normal pizza bases? I find it a rip off, yet very happy you provide this option to celiacs
Twice during the school holidays I brought a large number of grandchildren & my elderly father in for lunch. Kim & her team went the extra mile to serve us, including cleaning up after a child spilled his milkshake & giving us another at no cost, & ensuring another had gluten free food.
This is why I keep coming back!
