I had an absolutely incredible experience at Hard Rock Café in Myrtle Beach! The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the grilled chicken wings and the Southwestern Bowl with grilled chicken, and both were flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly.
What truly made this visit stand out was the exceptional service. A supervisor named Dianne stopped by my table to personally explain how certain items from the gluten-free menu were prepared. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable with how things were cooked and whether certain preparation methods would meet my needs. I’ve never had anyone at any restaurant go out of their way like that to make sure I felt safe, heard, and completely satisfied when ordering gluten-free. The care, attention, and genuine hospitality Dianne showed truly made this experience unforgettable. I left not only full but also genuinely impressed and appreciative. I will absolutely be back!
I had eggs cheddar cheese and bacon in a gluten-free crepe. The waitress was very accommodating absolutely sweet they kept refilling my decaffeinated coffee it was wonderful best coffee I've had in a while. The greeting staff was just as kind I got to pick my own table while I waited for my sister-in-law. My sister-in-law treated me to lunch everything was just perfect. I forgot to take pictures.
What a wonderful restaurant! Food, staff and atmosphere are marvelous! Quaint, charming and very southern. Gluten free options and not too pricey.
Fried green tomatoes - 8/10
Brussel Sprouts - 7/10 - cooked with a little too much oil. The sauce has a little kick. Nice, but everyone should know.
BLT - so so so good. 9/10
Cobb Salad - 8/10: green, fresh and ripe in all the right ways. Right down to the avacado.
Aperol Spritz - 7/10: The sparkling wine or persecco is very dry.
Pineapple mimosa- 8/10: again, very dry sparkling.
We love stopping at Crazy Mason when we visit Myrtle Beach. I have Celiac and they even offer Gluten Free options. They do have Dairy Free as well. We took a friend a long with us last night to experience what this place is all about. Max, our server was very pleasant and answered any questions we had. Our friend said that she will definitely need to return. Keep up the good work!
The best pancake house on the Grand Strand! As locals, we choose Theo's over all others for great food (gluten-free options is a plus for us!) and incredible service from the staff!
Best service we have all week during our vacation. Our waitress ( I believe her name was Joyce but not positive) was awesome and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. I got an omelette with a gluten-free english muffin, and we also got a half order of nachos that were gluten-free. Definitely recommend.
The food and staff here are incredible! Every time we come to Myrtle Beach, this is our place! Gluten-free options, food is incredibly flavourful, and the staff are so friendly and attentive.. A big shout out to Alex!!! She made us feel like close friends and treated us like family!!!
Tacos, rice and veggies were pretty good. The gluten free chips were baked and a little like thin cardboard. Edible but not the same as the fried tortilla chips normally served.
While we were on vacation, I wanted to come here for the atmosphere and because they had gluten free options. Well, we came two days in a row! The food was so delicious. They catered to all my allergies and the service was excellent! I cant rave enough about this place! The two servers: Katiana and Dalila. Awesome! And Scarlet, the hostess, is so kind and always has a smile!
If I could give over 5 stars I would! I recently had the opportunity to visit your restaurant with my husband, mother, and our little dog Buckley. The staff was so welcoming to us dining with our dog in the patio area. We had the meatloaf, Hawaiian chicken, and BBQ ribs. The food was absolutely amazing and large portion sizes. The waitress went out of her way to assist me with my gluten allergy and helped me place my order. I wish I would have gotten her name but overall, this place is topnotch for food and service! I wish we could dine here more often!
Visiting from Maine my expectations for the seafood here were already high. I can say that not only was the food delicious but the service was fast, I think that I had my food within 15 mins of sitting down. I ordered the Seafood Boil for 2 and the serving size was perfect. Just enough to get full and take home a plate for later. Shout out to Zhanel ,my waitress, we had an allergy at the table and she made sure the chefs were aware and another shout out to the host pointing out the gluten free options on the menu. I will definitely come back for the bar because their drink menu is as long as the food menu 😂😂 bottoms up.
This is a great place for breakfast, it's clean, and you get through pretty fast. I have a gluten allergy and I really wasn't triggered by any of the obvious choices. It was clean as well. Definitely stop by.
Lousy service. Lousy food! Met at door by manager and asked for gluten free options. He said that the server would be able to assist me. I asked for one of the bean dishes and he returned to tell me it wasn’t gluten free. He said my best choices would be salad or a gluten free pizza. I came to this restaurant for island food but I would not have stayed for those options but I was with friends so I asked for the manager. He said I could have the grilled chicken but no sauce. Much later with empty tea glass for over 15 minutes and only one other patron in the entire restaurant I received a slab of grilled chicken cardboard and mashed potatoes. I gave up on a tea refill and left unsatisfied! My friends glutinous food apparently was not so great either. Do not eat here! Margaritaville much better!
I have Celiac Disease and the staff was fantastic when I asked if I could have a plate made of specific items that are gluten free from the kitchen so I wouldn't get any cross contamination from the buffet. Ira was out server and was fantastic and wanted to make sure i had something to eat that didn't make me sick. They prepared it and brought it out to me. The chef came back to check and make sure everything was okay and I didn't have a reaction. My kids had their picture taken with the mermaid by Tiffany and she was great and actually got them to smile.
This place is hidden gem breakfast spot. Prices are amazing. 2 for breakfast with the deluxe omelets, hash browns, coffee and tea for $22. Unbelievable! I can't remember the last time I went out to breakfast for that value. All the food was delicious. Plus, I am gluten free and the chef made me grilled potatoes instead of hash brown, just in case. Wonderful service overall. Especially Belinda, our waitress, gave us some other ideas where to go while visiting for the weekend that the locals recommend. Atmosphere is an older diner feel but if you are looking for a great breakfast, excellent prices, and outstanding service, check this place out! You won't be disappointed!

I am updating my earlier review and removing a star because we discovered they double charged us for the burger that didn't come until most of us were done with our meal. They stated someone in the kitchen dropped the burger and they had to remake it, which explains why it was so late getting to the table but charging us twice is adding insult to injury.
I am not sure which Chef inspired this menu but the food is nothing special, except for the garlic cheese curds, which are really good. One person in our party got their food 20 minutes after everyone else was served, so essentially everyone was done eating when they were served their burger.
If you're gluten sensative, avoid the french fries and be prepared that everything "gluten free" just means don't order anything breaded or with a bun.
