Food was delicious. Just landed today from Ireland and were on a way to lunenberg when we all suddenly were starving so we went into Vernon's. Loved it. I highly recommend the fried chicken and fries. YUMMY!!!! one of the two teenagers with me had mac n cheese and the other classic burger as well as milkshakes. There were stuffed after. I forced myself to have a gluten free cheesecake and I'm glad I did. It was gorgeous. Just under a 100 dollars for the 3 of us which I found reasonable. The food was gorgeous. I would seriously recommend to go there and try it. Might even go for round two when we are passing on way back to Halifax.
The workers are always super friendly and helpful with any questions, the food never disappoints and the gluten free food is great and safe for celiac’s (I have celiac) always a 10/10 no matter the time of day!
Just went to Naan n Curry with my girlfriend. The food was tasty, the Naan portions were generous and overall it was a good deal for our money.
More importantly, we've had challenges finding good food in HRM because of her dairy allergy. The menu at Naan N curry specifically mentions if the option is gluten free, vegan or dairy free.

I am newly Celiac diagnosed and I found the staff helpful in guiding me to what I could not have. They also quickly switched employees when I mention Celiac. The new server put on fresh gloves and made sure there was no cross contamination. I was sad I could no longer eat my favourite pineapple salsa though, as they said the Sweet Thai Chili sce in it had gluten.
This place is a MUST for food. My Seafood chowder was AMAZEBALLS!! Gluten-free too. So much seafood in it, filling and our sever Corey was fantastic!
When in Ingonish, Main Street Restaurant is a bonus!!!
I go here way too much. Love the folks there. Two lines of singnature hot is perfect.

My daughter has Celiac disease so we were in Bedford on business and checked google for gluten free dining. PizzaTown came up and was close to our location so we headed there. To say that it was the best pizza I had ever had would be an understatement. I couldn't believe how many toppings were on that pizza. I had Hawaiian and my daughter had a meat lovers which was also FULL of toppings. The sauce was delicious, the waiter was so friendly and accommodating and pricing was fairly normal. I will definitely recommend this place and will return when in the area again.😋😋Thank you Pizzatown. :)

Great casual eatery overlooking first tee at Yarmouth golf course. Lively view, diverse menu with local fish+ great Lebanese food. Self serve coffee. Relaxed and friendly service. Aware of gluten free, which I rely on. Eat there again happily.
As a celiac I have to be very careful eating out. From the hostess to the waitress everyone made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. I had the Mushroom truffle burger. It was delicious! Alexa was an outstanding waitress! Thank you so much!
