Instructor Message

Have you been wanting to finally take the step to a healthier life?  Weight loss doesn't have to be complicated.  The principles are actually quite simple.  With a lot of hard work and determination, you can reach your weight loss goals and feel fantastic about your accomplishments.

I am not a dietician or exercise scientist;  I didn't go to school for this, which I feel is actually to your and my benefit.  I am a busy, young mom with two young kids; it's been exceptionally difficult for me to achieve my goals.  I decided I was going to learn more about food and how to eat. I also started to move my body and shed weight the old-fashioned way of just walking.  I have proved that weight loss can be inexpensive and done with a challenging schedule.  This class will take you through my experience and provide you with tools to accomplish the same success.

This class includes homework sheets that can be printed out by students who have not upgraded.  Without upgrading, you won't be able to submit them to me and get my feedback, but I encourage you to use them!  Get someone in your life that can hold you responsible and submit your homework to them.  When you have someone who is there to help you stay motivated and someone to report to, you're going to be more likely to be successful!
