Elizabeth DallWhat began as a desire to be a nurse, quickly morphed into the desire to help people prevent sickness rather than treat it. I quickly switched from taking way too many chemistry classes to learning more about the body through biology, physiology, and anatomy classes. I found my true passion was learning about how the body functions and how I could help that body function at it's best.
I graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelors in Exercise and Sport Science. I worked as a personal trainer as I built up my skill set. I quickly realized my education was not done. I found that motivation to change was a big issue in helping my clients reach their goals. I decided to go back to school to pursue my masters degree in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in Wellness Coaching so that I could help people develop healthy habits that would help them succeed for the rest of their life.
Since that time, I have worked in a multiple sclerosis physical therapy clinic, and multiple companies in their corporate wellness department. I currently work at ARUP Laboratories where I teach health education courses, exercise classes, and focus heavily on coaching people to help them create their own lasting healthy lifestyle change.
