I probably would not use their service again. They installed a faulty batch of motorized blinds. They took maybe a month to lock in for replacement parts.
It took a month from then to get an appointment. Today we made accommodations with our super to let the technician in. They canceled an hour after their window began, and are now booked to be another month out to fix.
