I would not recommend living here. i lived here 4 years so i feel like i have a good perspective. the neighborhood can be noisy but thats what you get for living near times square / hells kitchen.
1. Shabby interiors, broken down work out machines, gym in poor condition. There are only 2 elevators that work most of the time, so good luck waiting in line for a 45 story building.
2. Front Desk- Some are terrific! Mason is the man. Unfortunately, a lot of the front desk staff are rude or just dont care. Ive had a lot of packages lost or damaged which i dont really get whats going on back there.
3. Management team- nickel and dime you on costs.
4. Laundry room- filthy. Often had people take out my laundry and dump it on the floor. Really not a good, well run laundry room. there should be a sign in sheet.
5. price, there's much better elsewhere. i moved to the UWS and got a better building at a better price, which is not hard to do considering how bad the marc was.
