I caught 1 in a trash bag and threw it out and they come out of my closet and stove area constantly. Their response? Oh no we don't have any. We will send an exterminator but miss your maintenance request a few times and in the course of the next year while we gaslight you into thinking they're gone you give up. I almost used an epi pen from histamine level build ups, my face had a severe dermal inflammatory response and my autistic young children are afraid to sleep. They cry when they hear a noise because they have seen mice run around their apt in daylight for weeks, going through their stroller etc. I also advise you not to sign the lease because they have a counter sue claim and a waiver to relinquish jury requests if you do sue (under specific circumstances). They require an insanely high deposit if you’re using a service which is unusual compared to other buildings”s lower rates and in most cases they keep it or try to just like every other building. My neighbors have lived with mice running around their kitchen counters, couch, tv and beds for more than 1 1/2 years now. I love living here! Great staff who are always attentive. Anytime I need help with something they fix it or take care of it that day. The staff here truly make living here a 5/5 place!

Patrick saved the day in helping us secure our 2 bedroom! After making an appointment to look at other 2 bedrooms, we were able to see a unit that was newly available and a more preferable layout before it was on the market. The entire process was efficient and smooth and so far the building has been great!
