Pvolve studio classes are an absolute game changer! Every instructor I’ve taken class with has been incredible—knowledgeable, motivating, and always attentive to form and individual needs. You can tell they’re truly invested in helping you get the most out of every session. The studio itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, creating a calm, welcoming space that makes you actually look forward to working out. There’s also a great variety of classes to choose from, so it’s easy to mix things up and keep your body challenged in new ways.

Businesses like this shouldn’t be allowed to conduct business. You can’t say “we value our customers. We aim to provide service” and then after I paid in full and you have my money you don’t do anything to help. I paid and didn’t get the services I paid for. I didn’t say you have can’t charge my credit card for 30 days. You took your money immediately and then didn’t deliver! Words are cheap. If customer service is important and you want to deliver.

90% of a workout class business is the client or customer experience. Pvolve NYC is the worse I have ever experienced in my fitness journey. Management is only concerned about getting their upfront payment and nothing about supporting the client. Due to my work schedule (which allowed me to be able to afford these classes any way) i wasn’t able to finish my 10 pack (I had 5 classes left) in 90 days - the “system” (all of which are customizable) can’t process extending, offering a complementary extension or get creative about any solution. I 1000000000% would never do Pvolve again. I don’t recommend it. Please for a better workout and wonderful consumer service go to Pilates, or Barre. This class is not worth it and this location is not helpful. Save your money for other things!
