Parc East Apartments

The Build Staff is great, but that’s about it. Management company is horrible. Building feels like a dorm, be prepared to have red solo cups in hallways, very transient. You are charged for the gym even if you don’t use the gym. Every time it rains the gym leaks. There is an outdoor communal courtyard but be ready to watch people shooting up and smoking crack. The block feels unsafe.

Nightmare living here. Only good thing about the place is the doorman. Gym has no ventilation and the roof is always leaking. Laundry room smells like mildew. Elevators always broken (lines have started to form out of the building). Appliances in most apartments are from the 70s. Leasing team takes ~5 business days to respond to any inquiry. No accountability for terrible amenities/service

Jesus was the absolute best and we had the pleasure of meeting him! He helped us with our air conditioning and sink and made it seem like no problem! We truly appreciated his kindness and helpfulness! The air conditioning and sink are as good as new! 10/10 service!
