I am very hurt and disappointed with the way I was treated at this groomer. My dog, Teddy, was afraid of the rain and hid under the bed. As a disabled person, I physically could not get him out, no matter how hard I tried. This was completely beyond my control, yet I was told I would lose the $100 I already paid and would have to pay another $100 just to reschedule. That is cold, heartless, and shows no compassion—not for my dog and not for me as a disabled customer doing my best. The way this situation was handled was unfair and cruel. I will never go back to this groomer, and I will never recommend them to anyone. People should know how poorly they treat customers when a situation has happened. Especially when dealing with someone disabled who simply needed a little understanding.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly—they truly care about animals and it shows. They always take the time to answer my questions and help me find exactly what I need. I also appreciate their selection of natural and holistic products—it gives me peace of mind knowing I’m giving my pet the best. Highly recommend this place to any pet parent!

My Natural pet is our Morkies favorite place to shop for their morkie needs! This store has high quality dog food, such as raw (dogs thriving on raw) meat, quality treats, and fun doggie, cats and bird toys! Margot is accommodating to any questions, needs, or concerns. Communication is important for them to guide and help you around this specialty boutique pet store. Daisy and Cody are so thankful for this store being in our neighborhood. From one block away, while walking there, these pups get super excited and drag us straight to My Natural Pet store with excitement!
