I always feel so comfortable to get the service of Mattress Firm. The staff members are quite affable and willing to help their customers. The bed itself is also very satisfying.

Choosing a mattress can often feel like a cumbersome and frustrating process; however, with Monica at the forefront of Mattress Firm’s 86th St and Lexington location on the Upper East Side, our experience was memorable for all of the right reasons. Upon completing the second flight of steps leading us into the mattress showroom, we were greeted by Monica who wore a warm smile and presented a promisingly gentle demeanor. Her calming presence vanquished any apprehensiveness which may have lingered within us. Monica, who gracefully guided us through the store as we tried multiple mattresses, was careful to not overstep or overburdened us. Ultimately, we were able to find a mattress that met all of our needs at a price point that was well within our budget. It’s ashame there aren’t more rooms in our apartment which need new beds!

Avoid Mattress Firm at All Costs – Horrible Service and Defective Products!!! I deeply regret ever stepping foot into Mattress Firm. I purchased a mattress from their store, and it turned out to be defective with noticeable sagging. Instead of resolving the issue, the store and customer service team played a ridiculous blame game, sending me in circles. The store salesperson told me to contact customer support, and when I reached out to customer support, they sent me right back to the store. Neither side took any responsibility or made any effort to address the problem. Despite providing clear evidence of the defect, they refused to waive the $250 return fee, claiming it was still within the 120-day trial period. A defective product is not a trial issue – it’s a breach of trust. Their behavior is appalling and shows complete disregard for their customers. They’re nothing but thieves, happy to take your money and leave you stranded with a defective product. Stay far away from this company – they do not care about their customers or the quality of their products. Don’t waste your time or money with Mattress Firm. You deserve better than this sham of a company!
