I wish that I received the same enthusiasm when making a return, that I get when I make a purchase. The sales woman at the register processing my return at this location was unwelcoming and rude. She spoke to me in a condescending tone and shoved the receipt at me when she completed the transaction. I understand how returns can negatively impact revenue goals for the day, and mine was a larger return however I am a repeat shopper with this brand and this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
Treat your customers better. Especially when prices are increasing when quality is not.
