The Branch Verve chair I purchased looks and feels great! It has solid build quality, as well! In addition, Customer Support was wonderful, and responsive! A big shout out to a Tom from CS. I marked up one of my armchairs accidentally, and they're able to ship me out another one!

Blown away with the service and product from Branch. I had a small issue with my discount code not being applied (user error) and they fixed it sooooo fast and with zero back and forth. I bought the Ergonomic chair and I can't say enough about the quality. Super comfortable, with all the bells and whistles....has been a huge level up for my back (and everlasting Zoom calls). No clue why anyone would spend the big $$$ on the Aeron chair - literally zero reason. Not to mention, the Brand chairs are a lot more attractive.
