I am not linked or friend of this establishment. I made a reservation back in August, I flew from TX for my family reunion. While on flight (Spirit Airlines) has no internet services; apparently, the hotel sent a message that my reservation was cancelled. I spoke with the staff earlier on that day to confirm my reservation. Upon arrival at the lobby of Alden hotel, the staff didn't accept any type of cards, ONLY CASH!; and have to pay more than what the cost two months ago was. As I was calling the Priceline to explain this situation, I noticed more folks having the same luck.... CASH ONLY! No cards. There were many red flags. I decided not to stay. I noticed it then, there are funky business going on there. Beware of scams!
