Comedor in downtown Austin blew us away when we visited earlier this year! The modern Mexican cuisine is nothing short of a culinary adventure, with flavors that dance on your palate. As someone who's gluten-free, I was amazed to discover that the entire menu is gluten-free—this truly blew my mind! Chef Philip Speer's creativity shines through in every dish. The atmosphere is a beautiful blend of chic design and warmth, making it the perfect setting for a memorable meal. The service was friendly and attentive, making us feel truly special. Overall, the atmosphere is fairly nice with very kind and friendly wait staff. True Food Kitchen has a well rounded menu with accommodates for vegetarian, gluten free, and vegan with clearly labled dishes for such. Additionally, the flavor profile is fairly diverse so if you are vegan like me, you will not be restricted to a single option and have a few choices to make.
