The service is outstanding. Friendly and extremely professional. The food is delicious. Everyone in our party had something different and everyone loved their meal. Two people had gluten allergies but no worries the options are wide for them and the waitress was very good about asking and telling them of options. The only downside was the noise level. Unfortunately that’s typical of many restaurants. If you want authentic Italian food this is the place.

Whether you are looking for breakfast, lunch, second breakfast, or dinner Nautical Bowls has you covered. Not only is it healthy but also very tasty. Like chocolate? The cacao cashew butter is mouth watering. Smooth in texture with amazing flavor. They completely are safe for people with gluten and dairy allergies but there are nuts like almonds and cashews. Look for the table with the jar of paper and sit there. Put away your phone and learn more about the people at your table.

Had a wonderful dinner! Perfect service from Sarah and Grace. I have celiacs, and Grace was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and possible allergens. Overall great service, fantastic food, and perfect outdoor patio seating!

The gluten-free pizza is amazing!! So good!! The prices are reasonable too and there are usually coupons and deals going on.
