I came into Snooze yesterday 07/18/2024 with a few of my friends. Well before coming in, I had called the restaurant to ask if they were able to accommodate a strict gluten free diet, as I have Celiac Disease. The girl on the phone said yes and that they had different pans for my use when I order. When we got there, I informed my waitress of my allergies and she ensured me that the kitchen would take extra precautions and even change their gloves. I ordered the pancakes. Immediately after consuming my stomach began to hurt. Then, about two hours later, I was in extreme pain and had severe nausea. Then I threw up. I ended up getting sick 6 times in less than 2 hours. I am so disappointed with this restaurant. Celiac is a really big deal and I have never felt that sick before in my life. I will never be returning to any Snooze location and I highly recommend anyone with a severe allergy never goes there either.

We had such an exceptional experience for my mom's 65th birthday last night! Mikey took care of us at a booth in the bar area, and he truly made our dinner special and took amazing care of us. I wanted to specially recognize him for that. The card, dessert, and rose all made my mom feel really special, and I was amazed at all that was done to make her birthday extra special. The food (filet mignon) was tender and delicious as always. We also really love the gf flatbread pizzas. If you want an upscale meal done well, this is the place! We especially love the allergen friendly menus as we are gluten sensitive. Highly recommend this place!

We have been there many times and food just wasn't up to par. I am gluten-free and everything I ordered has a $5 upcharge. This was not told to us by our waitress. Questionable if we go back.

Wow, what a incredible flavor experience! The tasting manue with wine pairing was a great culinary experience. They surprised me with all the Gluten Free adjustments they provided. Thank you for that ❤️.
