I had never heard of Parakeet Cafe until they provided box lunches for an event I attended and I will be a loyalist for life! I had their veggie sandwich on house made gluten-free sourdough, crunchy Chinese salad, and peanut butter shortbread cookie. All gluten and dairy free. So delicious! I can’t wait to visit one of their cafés.

I’m obsessed with this place. Everything is gluten free - it’s like a dream. Also, Ezra is one of the best staff members I have ever come across. As a previous restaurant owner, I recognize amazing, kind, and genuine team members. He is one of a kind! Seriously a hidden gem of a spot, BOTH bagels and pastries are incredible.
