Fantastic! As soy-boy with gluten and dairy intolerances, I can confidently say this place serves the best gluten-free, vegan-cheese pizza I've ever had. If that's any indication of how good their regular pizzas are, they must be absolutely superb. 🤌🤌

Ordered the ribeye and the filet mignon Everything from the rice to the salads to the soup was a flavor festival. They took my gluten allergy seriously and had gluten-free options identified at the end of descriptions on the menu. Excellent choice Enjoyed the unique cups.

Finally had Zambra Fusion Cafe for lunch! This is a vegan meal but they have a bunch of vegetarian, gluten free, non gmo, and organic options! And yes they serve meat too if you’re not into the healthy stuff! 10/10 recommend!

I have to eat gluten free and had a fantastic meal here. I was able to have shrimp scampi, they have gluten free pasta and took precautions. Our server Alyssa was very helpful.
