Gluten free buns are available with a request and most pizza toppings are gluten free! The menu and website does a good job with labeling allergies. Some locations use a shared frier, but I’ve never had issues at this location with fries. Their gluten free pizookie comes with pre packaged ice cream in a separate sealed container to prevent cross contamination!

India Grill has become one of our favorite local spots for safe, gluten-free dining. It’s such a relief for my wife to browse a menu where gluten-containing items are clearly marked, rather than the other way around. This thoughtful approach opens up so many options for her, which feels like a rare treat. The atmosphere is inviting, with cozy low lighting, making it an excellent choice for a date night. Its convenient location on the edge of the Highlands also makes it perfect for pairing with shopping, coffee, or a movie afterward. The food is consistently delicious. Our kids are big fans of the butter chicken and the paneer pakoras appetizer, while I personally love the saag paneer. The family-style servings encourage us to try a variety of dishes, which is always a fun experience. If you enjoy some heat, their spicier dishes don’t hold back! Whether for dine-in or takeout, India Grill is a staple for us, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for fantastic, gluten-free-friendly Indian cuisine.

We had a moms and daughters outing and had a wonderful time! Moms were at one table with Julia and the daughters were with McKenna. It was a great and delicious time! One friend is dairy and gluten free- the cheese and chocolate were both very good!
