Sooo good. They accomedate many different allergens. They have gluten free, sugar free, dairy free or even vegan options and they are all ACTUALLY good!!
Excellent tamales, tacos (I especially recommend the salmon tacos available on Fridays), aguas frescas, salads, salsas, rice and beans, guac... you can't go wrong!
I recently worked with CDT Cocina to cater a large event (65 people) and Liz was amazing. Super responsive to finalize my order in advance, online invoicing was very convenient, and Liz brought the order right on time. Everyone was so thrilled by the meal - everything gluten free, many delicious vegetarian options, and of course amazing omnivore choices. She even brought us to-go boxes for our guests to take extras home if they wanted. We finished the meal with only some sides/salsas left and 100% happy eaters! I highly recommend CDT Cocina for catering, in addition to in-person or takeout dining (getting tamales in bulk is always a great option too).
I agree with a previous post about an unclean restaurant,(example,tables not wiped clean, all dispensers were filthy) with no plates or straws.
I asked for the gluten free option and the staff have to ask you if it is a preference or an allergy. What does it matter to them what I choose or why?
No salt or pepper or parmesan on the tables.
The salad is OK.

Had dinner the other night and our server Victoria was incredible. Answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to accommodate my wife's gluten allergy, including asking the bartender to wash his shaker before making my wife's martini. Would 100% recommend dining especially if you get Victoria as your server.

The venue is nice enough for a restaurant of this type. However, the staff work very slowly (and I’ve been multiple times so I know it’s not just a few people) and aren’t super helpful. One employee had AirPods in and eventually took one out to hear the order. The food itself is good, and their gluten free bread is fantastic.
I have a gluten allergy and it’s hard to find places who offer gluten free bread Let alone places who take the time to wipe and clean everything to prevent cross contamination and they did a wonderful job and didn’t make me feel like I was a burden. Thank you all! 10/10
This is the best vegan restaurant in Fresno by far. I go here 2-4 times a month. If I could afford to go more I would. If I could improve this restaurant I would offer high protein options like soy and wheat gluten just like you offer cheese for vegetarians. Additionally another salsa option would be nice and serving beer.
The staff was friendly but the ice cream was bland and the gluten free cookie was a bit hard. Also thought they had GF snickerdoodles but they don't actually make them. I'm super disappointed 😔
We had a great experience; with Karina, who was accommodating to our family's gluten-free allergy. Karina went above and beyond to give us information about the vegan turkey (which we didn’t know was not gluten-free ) and gave us healthy alternatives. Thank you so much, Karina, for taking time while the store was busy to ensure we had a great substitution. We appreciate your dedication and can’t wait to come back!

The cashier still had to assist us. She was very helpful and friendly. The Clam Chowder was good but NOT hot!! The rest of our food was fresh and delicious.
Ask for what items are Gluten Free. They have the information in a book.
