This place is now 100 percent gluten free. I confirmed Celiac safe with the server. No gluten in entire restaurant and they are cautious with product sources. To top it all off, they make their own honey on their rooftop. My husband and I were so excited to discover this lovely restaurant. The staff is also amazing. Support this restaurant, we need places like this to stay open and thrive. Mahalo and Merci Bistro Hortus!

A very nice restaurant. Although it was quite booked in advance, they managed to find us a table even though we arrived at the last minute. The staff are very warm and welcoming. The service by Esteban was really good. The gluten-free pizza was excellent and tasted like wood-fired pizza. I recommend this restaurant.

The ambiance, space and bathrooms (guest only, good sanitary idea) are not luxurious, but are just right. The service and wait compared to other restaurants is fair. Server entertained my curiosity about the format and menu. You can take it comfortably if not finished (Take Mega size only if you are a serious bodybuilder 😅). Putting the word Poutine in the name of the restaurant makes a mark, but it's diverse!
