I purchased 2 gluten free cupcakes and they were both delicious!! I had a strawberry and a chocolate chip pancake one. The texture of gluten free/allergen free food are always a little more dry, but these were still so tasty! I definitely will be going back!
They have a separate prep area for their allergen free items, and I ate these without a single reaction! Amazing!
Pizza was great. Love you can make it your way. It’s great for picky eaters and special diets with gluten free and vegan options. The place was busy but the service was fast.
Tonya is such a gem. Best waitress ever! I hope yall are paying her well because if I owned a restaurant, I would put up quite the battle for her. You just don't see customer service like that anymore and what a ray of sunshine. Her presence simply made my day better. She is a great listener too and knows the menu well. My husband is gluten-free and I'm vegetarian ... the food was amazing and we both left happy. I even created my own dish in a way and yall just went with it, everything was right the first time, and I had never been so excited for leftovers. Lol! Everyone was so kind and accommodating and the atmosphere was nice and clean, even down to the bathrooms. I was impressed. (My husband is diagnosed ocd, so I know clean). The owner (I'm assuming) even came and personally checked on every table at the end. We'll be back and I want Tonya again. Lol!
I'm gluten sensitive and whenever I call they don't make me feel like I'm a burden! The food is delicious!! The service is always great!! My new favorite place!!
This review is for the staff- the staff at this location in particular are friendly and helpful! My husband is gluten-free and they are very attentive to his allergy. Thanks for always giving us a great experience and end food is delicious.
I placed an order online on Tuesday, with a Friday 3pm pick-up. They had everything as ordered, easy pick up, and the staff was friendly. As for the cake with topper and Bundtinies. We refrigerated overnight for a Saturday party. THEY WERE PHENOMENAL, one cake topper was gluten-free, which also got great reviews from our guests. The cakes looked amazing also. Thank you!
Windy City Pizza Chesapeake exceeded my expectations! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They went out of their way to accommodate my boyfriends gluten allergy, ensuring that he felt safe and comfortable with our meal choices. The service was outstanding, and they genuinely cared about our dining experience. The pizza was delicious, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great pizza and amazing service!
Very clean….very comfortable! Food is delicious and plenty of choices for a variety of people. Vegan, Gluten Free and regular choices on the menus! Highly recommended! Very fast service for high quality service. Very professional and friendly staff as well which makes the dining experience worth while!
Overall, cleanliness is bad! IHOP looks more and more like "The Waffle House," of which I have always considered a greasy-spoon... I am and continue to be a loyal customer due to the food and service being consistently good, and they are one of the only restaurants with gluten-free pancakes that are delicous!
Really good food both of us ate from the Senior menu. I got add bacon tomato onion I believe and was covered with cheese, hash browns, and a gluten-free muffin. My friend ordered scrambled eggs, hash browns, toast and 2 nice-sized pancakes. Both meals we're under $8.00!!
One thing though there was just one waitress for about 9 tables.
We were a party of 6. Food was fantastic, portions were standard and service was outstanding. Considering how much did was ordered, it came to the table in a timely fashion. I was able to request my rolls be gluten free and they even had gluten free soy sauce.
Food not as ordered, asked for a burger with no bun (gluten free) bartender blamed kitchen but obviously could not care less and offered nothing in the way of having burger redone. Burger ordered medium and was served incredibly rare and inedible. Again called to the attention of bartender and no response other than ok. Service extremely poor, bartender much more interested in talking to friend at the bar (with distasteful language) than serving customers. Please skip this place, they do not deserve your business or your money. Many better options nearby.
For all the Gluten Free people we tried the Cauliflower Crust Pizza tonight and it was excellent. It is one of the best cauliflower crust pizzas I have tried in the area.
