The vermont veggie with salmon and no tomato on a toasted gluten free bun (important, don't skip the toasted gf bun) might be the greatest sandwich of all time.

What a great first time experience! I came in on a whim and was not disappointed, gluten free toast delicious sausage and a full bodied decaf latte. The staff is extremely attentive to all needs and are efficient and kind. Fun atmosphere with 70s rock/ disco in the background and many locals catching up with each other. One of the staff members even gave me some free cookies as an apology for my latte taking “too long” to make- it was less than 5min. I highly recommend this little gem!

We found ourselves in Brattleboro around lunchtime so we searched online for gluten free in the area. Now, they don't offer lunch, but imagine how excited we were to find the factory store of our favorite grocery store gluten free brand right near where we were. We had to go. I do wish I had brought a cooler. I could have bought it all. Such great prices and more options than the supermarket. Loved it!

Love Dosa Kitchen’s masala dosas at their food truck and their dosa batter! Their masala dosa is rich and flavorful. And I love that their dosa batter is gluten-free and vegan. It makes a wonderful gift for the foodies in your life.
