As someone who has to eat gluten-free, this restaurant is a great choice but service is spotty! All fried menu items (including chicken and friend pickles) are gluten-free and they have a decent gluten-free bun. However, on a number of occasions, they either don’t punch in GF bun when taking the order or the kitchen uses the wrong bun. In a restaurant who so strongly caters to gluten-free diners, that’s incredibly frustrating. However, as an options limited person, getting a GF fried chicken sandwich is something that’s worth the hassle.

I’m from Houston, where there are restaurants with vegan options or gluten free options, but rarely is there a time when I can find someplace that accommodates all of my dietary restrictions. Until I took a trip to San Antonio! I was overjoyed to find a fast food vegan restaurant that also has gluten free, flavorful buns. I got a classic burger combo, which did not disappoint! My husband (who isn’t vegan/no dietary restrictions) got the earth crunch wrap and the classic jr. Let me tell you, he did not miss the meat AT ALL. We were in San Antonio for 3 days, and I ate here 2 out of 3 of them. Can’t wait to return again soon!

This is hands down the BEST donut shop around!! My husband and I have been coming for over a year because they actually have incredible Gluten and Dairy free donuts! They have a full variety and they all taste amazing. And the woman who runs the shop might just be the nicest human I’ve ever met!! :) 5 stars is not enough!
