A hidden treasure in Bradford, PA. My wife and I tried a different restaurant before coming here but they were out of gluten free pizza crust so we had to find another establishment. We went to Google and found Napoli's. At first glance you barely notice this little place with only a small sign on the street. When you enter you walk in and see a carryout window and to the left a very small area to dine in, we chose to dine in. The waitress was nice and semi attentive. The drink machine is right next to the tables and there is a really cool old jukebox that was unfortunately not working. The menu was extensively Italian from Pizza, subs, salad, pastas and more. We ordered the gluten free pizza crust and mild wings and fries. Fries were typical and yummy, though only served with ketchup packets and we didn't have enough (This could be due to COVID). The wings were some of the best I've had, and I live in Buffalo, NY!! Would highly recommend these. The pizza was also delicious. We added parmesan, though it would have been great without. Only things we could complain about was that they make it clear they cannot guarantee cross contamination will not occur and gave the impression that it most likely WOULD occur. At the time of writing it is unclear if my wife (who has celiac disease) will be sick later but she said the pizza was worth the risk, it was so good. My wife also didn't like the water, she is sort of picky about water and it was Dasani which she can't stand. Overall we would definitely come back and highly suggest this little gem to others passing through. We stopped here while spending the week at Allegany State Park which isn't far from this restaurant.

We had a large group of 13 on a weekday, but had called the day b4 for reservations. The waitress on was amazing as there were several other tables. Unfortunately many entrees came out cold, some were wrong, and one was served after most of us had finished eating. We did have 2 that were gluten-free eaters and ordered fish entrees we thought were gluten-free, but had gluten. The staff was amazing making them new entrees gluten-free. My low mark in no way represents this amazing restraunt on an every day. The staffed hustled and worked their butts off to serve us all(13of us) delicious food. Checks were adjusted to make up for the late meal served and all other mistakes were corrected in a pleasant manner by the entire staff. The bar tender even jumped in and helped the waitress. At the end of the night the entire staff took the time to serve my daughter and nephew birthday deserts with a wonderful happy birthday without being ask by anyone at the table, we had just mentioned that it was their birthdays.

My dad has had some health issues and has started a gluten free, low sugar diet. This was the only place around that wasn’t fast food, and we had been wanting to check it out so it worked out perfectly. When we got there it was busy, but the waitress was very prompt to get our drink orders. My mom got a Diet Pepsi but the server brought a regular, not a super big deal especially because it was busy and the server wasn’t the same girl who took our order, she also seemed younger and new so no biggie there, it happens. Then our food took a while because they said there was a backup in the kitchen, whatever, it happens. Then my boyfriend and I both got the steak (medium) and eggs (over easy). His steak was cooked through but mine wasn’t. Mine was still pretty pink when I first cut into it, not a big deal to me because I tend to like mine a little pinker but I always get medium at restaurants. The steak was very good and tender, my only complaint is that they went a little heavy (for my standards) on the course black pepper and I had to scrape it off because it was all I could taste. Upon cutting deeper into my steak, it was purple and raw. We sent it back with no issues, and the cook even gave me some more hashbrowns (which were good). When it came back it was a good medium and still tender even though it was cooked more. I’m not too pressed about the steak because the kitchen was backed up and they were probably rushing to get it sent out, and they were very good about fixing it for me. My eggs were just a tad too runny even though I got them over easy, but it wasn’t a big deal to me because I like them that way. Some people would be put off by this though so it’s something for the cooks to work on. After my dinner, I ordered a cinnamon roll for desert and it was SCRUMPTIOUS. I was afraid it would be dry in the middle because it had heavy frosting on top, but it was very gooey and sticky and honestly way better than I was expecting. It’s fairly safe to say it was the best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had, which is saying something because I love cinnamon rolls and they’re my go-to order. Also, the lemonade is to die for. We were also pleased that there was a nice selection of big entree salads that my dad could choose from. If you get coffee, there is only French vanilla creamer on the table and you have to ask for anything else. I think there should be half and half and French vanilla or the option to have milk brought out with your coffee. The only piece of constructive criticism we have for the wait staff is to speak up, and never go empty handed. Our plates didn’t get taken, and when we did get refills the empty cups were left on the table. It got very cluttered very fast. The atmosphere is nice, and the people are friendly and cheerful. For being a fairly new restaurant with mostly young waitstaff, they still have a lot of things to perfect but I’d eat there again.
