Thai Carnation is a great restaurant that offers delicious and authentic Thai cuisine. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the service is always friendly and attentive. The menu has a wide variety of dishes to choose from, including classic favorites like Pad Thai and Panang Curry, as well as some unique dishes that you won't find at other Thai restaurants. The food is always fresh and flavorful, and the portions are generous. Whether you're in the mood for something spicy or something mild, there's something for everyone on the menu including Gluten Free, Vegetarian, and Vegan options. Some of my personal favorites include the Sweet Basil Stir-Fry, the Crab Fried Rice, the Drunken Noodles, and appetizers such as Coconut Prawns and Salt & Pepper Calamari. Overall, Thai Carnation is a great choice for anyone looking for delicious Thai food in the Troutdale area. The prices are reasonable, the portions are generous, and the quality of the food is excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal.

As always, Edgefield was amazing. Food at the power station is amazing. Gluten free buns available and a dedicated fryer for the Fry's and tots so a Celiac like myself can enjoy their favorite burger and fries. Can't recommend Edgefield enough.
