Hands down BEST vegan sushi! I have traveled around the world for work & have tried vegan food in many places, this is one of the top for me. What I most appreciated was how gluten free friendly they were…I was greeted by a wonderful server who immediately accommodated me with all the options & was very attentive to ensure I didn’t order anything with gluten. Bravo!!
I stole a tiny bite of the mushroom dumplings from my husband & they have amazing flavor. My Mighty Mushroom roll was outstanding & the chik’n skewers were scrumptious. We also tried the spicy jackfruit crab roll which is a must! Last but not least, it’s mind boggling how good the Ube Cashew Cheesecake tastes. Again, I stole a small bite of the filling!!
This place is definitely on my list ANYTIME I visit the city!
PLEASE come to MD/DC….we are really in need of some more elevated vegan food. The market here is waiting for you!!

I was very impressed with the gluten-free option. I never was able to do gluten-free deli sandwich or gluten-free sub before, so I was very happy with that.
The waiter was very good, because they really got all my needs of Russian dressing, pickles and coleslaw, napkins. Whatever I needed they were very attentive to and accommodating so I like that.
I had a good conversation with the hostess or maitre d, I told them I'm pro gluten-free, and nobody else has that really in a deli.
Mr Broadway they took over Ben's Deli and they did a good job. You can get great food, from deli sandwich 🥪 to steaks 🥩 and sushi 🍣 at a great price, and good service, and good atmosphere and kosher too!
Quality for the price, one of the best smashes I have ever eaten, without a doubt, what I liked the first time I had to go another day to repeat.
Highlight the softness in the mouth, a rich flavor of the meat, and that it is not heavy at all.
The photos don't really look like what they look like.
Yes, the place is small, however you want to eat or dine inside it is difficult, go at times that are not busy.
They have a Gluten Free option, which is highly valued.
By far the best service pizza restaurant. Wings not bad. Gluten free pizza is nice. They even make Gluten Free Wings for me!!! Service are the best~ provided gluten free cider too~
Spacious place and very tasty burger. They have a gluten-free option that has nothing to envy of the normal one. A basic burger but that will not leave you indifferent.
I visited with your family as they offer gluten-free options for my coeliac daughter, we agreed that they were probably some of the best burgers we have ever tasted, high quality and generous portions. Lovely staff as well, great location and spacious restaurant. Highly recommend.
The gluten free bagel (bagel bono) wasn't that great. It was thin, crunchy on the edges, and hard to bite through. The lox lemon dill cream cheese had too much scallion for me personally. Probably wouldn't go for GF again.
We and our 2 kids arrived at AC hotel worn out from a cruise. Keith and the waitstaff took awesome care of us, and the food was unbelievable. Best Paella we've ever had, and we spent 2 weeks in Spain last year! Plus, 2 of us are Celiac and they were very attentive to this. Can't wait to go back!
The breakfast quinoa bowl was exceptional. Made to order in front of me. Perfectly cooked fried eggs. Amazing gluten-free option for breakfast. Absolutely delicious Their bagels and pastries also looked delicious although I could not eat due to high gluten sensitivity. Great coffee. Friendly service. Clean restaurant. Prices can't be beat.
Obsessed with this place. Fast, cheap, and yet so, so good. They have gluten free pitas which are amazing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for greek food in Midtown.
Walked in without a reservation and was seated as a party of 1 with kindness, not like an inconvenience. The BEST gluten free pizza I have had in the 8 years I’ve had this restriction. Absolutely delicious and toppings were gourmet- wish I was able to have it every night!!!!
Best coffee in NY! They have different seasonal coffees. Try the 🌹 rosebud latte for fun, really floral taste. Some gluten free cakes as well. The lemon cake with glace is good.
Very small coffee shop. Very friendly staff. Very limited seating. Here's the deal.....absolutely maybe the best cookies in the world.
My wife had the gluten free peanut butter chocolate chip and I had the chocolate chip.
Yes, the cookies are so good. Came back before we left NYC and bought a few to take home.
The three of us had a very tasty meal, the pork buns were great! The food came within minutes and the service was great! We would come back anytime 😄 There were also a few vegetarian and gluten-free options!
Bagel Mart Midtown: A Classic Choice, Now With Gluten-Free Goodness!
Bagel Mart in Midtown is a reliable spot for a classic New York bagel experience. They offer a wide variety of fresh bagels, schmears, and breakfast sandwiches, all at reasonable prices.
Here's the exciting news: Bagel Mart recently added gluten-free bagels to their menu! This is a huge win for those with dietary restrictions who crave a delicious bagel fix.
The Regular Bagels:
The standard bagels at Bagel Mart are fantastic. They come in all the New York favorites like plain, sesame, poppyseed, everything, and onion. They're boiled for that chewy texture and baked to a perfect golden brown.
The Gluten-Free Game Changer:
Now, onto the real star of the show - the gluten-free bagels! They come in a few flavor options, and while they might not be exactly like their gluten-filled counterparts, they hold their own admirably. They have a nice density and a good amount of chew, making them a satisfying breakfast option.
Overall:
Bagel Mart hits the spot for a classic New York bagel experience. The addition of gluten-free bagels makes it even more appealing, allowing everyone to enjoy a delicious start to their day.
Recommendation: Try a classic everything bagel with your favorite schmear, or give the gluten-free option a go if you have dietary restrictions. You won't be disappointed!
Very few celiac-safe options as it’s a shared fryer. The wings, which are marked gluten free, are in said fryer. Service was poor and they charged us for the wings anyway.
Our quick stop at this restaurant today turned out to be one of the friendliest encounters we've had in NYC!! Thank you to Chris and the team for the wonderful experience, we highly recommend the tasty food and friendly service. They also have gluten-free options.
First time in this homie and welcome restaurant. The music and decor enhanced the feeling of home. The chicken pasta was creamy and delicious, thankfully they offer a substitute of whole-wheat and gluten-free pasta as well. The staff was very pleasant.
Cute little place with seating in the back. Great espresso, and the desserts speak for themselves. They were outstanding. They will heat them up if you like. I had the chocolate croissant, and it had the right amount of chocolate and was very flakey. They even have some gluten free options if that is your preference.
Service was very quick and actually delivered it to my table.
They also have a restroom for customers.
Burger was so amazing. They give you a big patty. I ordered it medium rare pink perfectly in the middle with onions, tomato and pickles. All ingredients were very fresh. I don't like pickles but theirs were really crunchy and so fresh.
Just making a note they do not put msg in their food which makes this a great place for people who are sensitive.
The fried shrimp was so fresh and crispy with fresh ingredients as well.
The garlic fries are so crispy and one of the best fries I have had. These have salt but not too much. Just enough. Highly recommend
I ordered the regular fries and they are very fresh and delicious too.
I ordered the vegetable pasta without soy sauce and again very fresh ingredients. It was better than I expected. Also recommend this dish too.
I ordered the grilled chicken oregano (they use fresh oregano not dried) dish and it was also great spiced really well. The rice was light and fluffy. Cooked perfectly and the salad came with chick peas as well. Great dish. The Greek tzatziki (yogurt sauce) is authentically Greek. They make it with fresh oregano and garlic. I love this sauce.
I am adding to my review. I had the meatball dish. It was like my mothers. Again fresh ingredients and spices with an amazing rich tomato sauce with a hint of spiciness to it. Btw it is gluten free. Major plus.
I can not say enough about this little place. The price is really great considering food cost these days. It will be my go to from now on.

Alexis the supervisor is fantastic. Because Moxy, the hotel next door, charges a $30 a day “convenience” fee that you must redeem either at this cafe or their bar, our family would meet for hot chocolate, coffee and breakfast in the morning but two of us our gluten free and the only food item we can eat there is the yogurt parfait. Apparently it is a popular item and for two straight mornings in a row, they were out. We got there early on the second day (8:30) to try and ensure we could grab one, but alas they were out. After the breakfast rush, as we sat sipping our drinks, Alexis went out and grabbed the supplies and made us some. As a Celiac, we are used to settling for whatever a restaurant has to offer or doing without and it was super nice that someone went beyond to accommodate us.
Fantastic! The gluten free Lobster rolls are amazing here. Highly recommended if you are looking for a great GF meal in this part of town. If you have a gluten allergy/celiacs, they will change out gloves and the prep area. Not a dedicated gluten free facility so they couldn't promise to be 100% gluten free, but they certainly did their best. I had no issues with my meal. The coleslaw is great too.
Meh. GF donuts were ok. They have either gluten free OR vegan but not both. Staff is completely clueless as to the ingredients or products in the store. They weren't rude, just like they started working their 5min ago.
A great find - just down from our hotel, this place was comfortable and the service was good.
We had a variety of tacos (made with corn tortillas) and the nachos.
No specific gluten-free options outlined on the menu, but I took and chance with the tacos and so far so good!
It was a little busy but there was at least one table open the whole time we were there.
I didn't have a chance to take a picture - I was too hungry - but it was well presented.
People are very nice, atmosphere is lovely, food is delicious. I asked to check if it’s gluten free and they did, it was, and I had no problems
. Thank you!
