Celiac friendly! The staff was very helpful in answering my questions about how cross contamination is handled (prepared in separate space with separate tools and precautions taken-just make sure to let your server know). Usually I call in advance and ask my cross contamination questions but I didn’t have time this time. Even so, the staff were not annoyed we all my questions and very kind and patient. I ended up ordering the Greek Tricolored Quinoa bowl as it seemed the most Celiac safe. It was very tasty with a lot of toppings (feta, artichoke, olives, etc) and good portion size. There was also an Asian inspired quinoa bowl too. There are other GF options here (GF flatbread crust and GF paninis, etc) but for how careful I have to be I didn’t feel comfortable ordering since the flatbreads are baked in the same ovens as regular crust (though not at the same time). The ovens have some convection (hot air blowing around) settings so that would mean gluten particles could be blowing around. If your ordered a GF panini then they would not put it in a shared panini press but bake it in an oven on a clean pan (as long as you inform your server). For many people that is strict enough, so if that’s you, enjoy! My only reason for a 4 star vs 5 star is the price and parking. Things are quite spendy. It cost $4 to add chicken to my quinoa bowl and would be $4 to add a a meat topping to a flatbread. That being said, as someone with Celiacs I am comforted I am paying for cross contamination safety. There is no free parking around.

I don't go to restaurants that often, but tried Arroy last week for the first time with take out and it was fantastic. Everything was made fresh and was incredibly flavorful and delicious. The portion sizes were great. I like that they clearly mark gluten free on the menu . This is a one of a kind restaurant you won't find anywhere else in the world! 5/5 stars.

We loved it and will be back! I had the house mix and it was great. The service was amazing. There is no alcohol. I have celiac disease and had no issue. Go here!

Most of the fish dishes are gluten free and are amazing! Perfectly cooked every time. They really know how to do comfort food!
