Great burger. Love the onion rings!! Had the mint special custard. Yum
Able to get gluten free bun for my daughter who has allergies. She had a good grilled chicken sandwich.
Our waitress was on point during our visit. She recognized I was ordering gluten-free options and came from the back to let me know, I might not want their standard rice. She then guided me to an appropriate option! She was the only waitress with a rather busy evening, but yet we never needed to ask for anything as she was on it. Decor and music set the mood nicely.
I don't recommend the chilli fries or the gluten free burger buns since they're not allowed to grill them (I have kidney + other issues) but all their other food is great! This location is better than the South Lansing one at actually remembering what condiments you asked for on/with your burger.
The sweetest man owns and runs it. We have been 3 times in the past two weeks and it’s always delicious and he knows our orders. He always has a smile and is very happy. Everything that is said to be gluten free is. We’ve never had an issue with cross contamination.
I had dinner with a large party of people of all ages, some of whom needed gluten free choices. The restaurant was able to accommodate everyone and their dietary needs. We were seated almost immediately at our reserved tables and were promptly offered beverages. Our order came in a timely fashion, and our servers frequently checked in to make sure everyone had what they needed. I had my Olive Garden favorites - Fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken and Zuppa Toscana. I don't live anywhere near an Olive Garden, so it's a treat when I go. The food tasted even more delicious than I recall it ever being. My compliments to those who prepared and those who so graciously waited upon us.
The place is fantastic and the lady who serves you is very friendly… we come from far away and it is difficult when you have to follow a special gluten-free diet… we had some eggs for breakfast and they were fantastic.
If you come to Lansing you must visit this place without a doubt!
We had a black bean burger with all the fixings and a black bean Reuben on their new gluten free pita with fries and a taco salad with spicy ranch. Everything tasted amazing and really had that greasy drive through fast food feel but 100% vegan.
They forgot to ring us up for an order of fries at first but they made us a fresh batch and even brought our dog some biscuits to make up for the mistake. We really appreciated the gesture and it says a lot about the values of the business and its employees!
Very satisfied with the food and friendly service!
This was my first time eating at Jersey Mike’s. The sub was delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful. My husband and I both ordered our subs gluten free and they seemed to take good precautions like cleaning the table, new knife, and new gloves. I definitely recommend this location!
The staff are super knowledgeable and helpful with dietary restrictions. They have tons of vegetarian & vegan options, most of which are also gluten-free. We had three people in our party and everyone's food was fantastic, and the portions are incredibly generous.
I don’t like pie but I like this place a lot because the soups and sandwiches are great. We appreciate that they have gluten-free bread too. Make sure to try the blueberry applesauce.
My experience started out great! I called to hear about the gluten free options, which their website says to do. The wine bar was very friendly, and when I asked to place a to-go order they politely let me know that their side of the restaurant doesn't take to-go orders but the tap room side does. The person transferred me to the tap room and that's when my experience went from great to incredibly disappointing.
I asked about their gluten free options and the person curtly said to check the menu online. When I told them the menu doesn't mark what can be made gluten free, the person said, well I can't go through the menu with you right now, it's dinner rush. It was said rudely, but I get it they were stressed. When I asked to place an order to-go they said they couldn't do that. I was surprised so I said, oh. I thought I needed to explain my surprise, so I told them that the wine bar sent me over, but thanks and began to hang up. Apparently, they had handed the phone off to someone else before I finished that sentence. So, before I could hang up, the new person asked, what do you need. I just said that I was transferred from the wine bar to place a to-go order. They said they aren't taking orders. Very politely I said ok, you might want to let the wine bar know so they don't transfer more people over to you. The person very condescendingly said, yeah I'm not concerned about the wine bar. I said, ok and hung up.
I hope this is not a common interaction at this restaurant because the food sounds great. However, I'm unlikely to ever go to the tap room side since their service was less than friendly.
This is the only Qdoba I have ever been to that will not make a kids quesadilla on a corn tortilla with no explanation as to why. There are very few gluten-free options at fast food places and this is one my daughter will eat.
