They have their "gluten-free" crust, and their "cauliflower" crust, which is also gluten free. The gluten-free crust is as bad as most gluten-free products. The cauliflower crust is really good, tasty, and crisp for someone who needs gluten-free. I highly recommend it. The reason for the not-perfect rating is their inconsistency. You never know if you're going to get a normal amount of toppings, or very sparse toppings with a wide area of crust on the edge. So now we have to order from two places - here for the excellent cauliflower crust choice, and regular pizza from somewhere else
