The food and service was pretty good - no complaints at all. They had a dedicated gluten free menu which was really nice, and the building architecture was fairly memorable. Its located right on the harbour so it makes for a nice dinner and walk.

It was a wonderful experience. We had brunch on Saturday. Edwin and Michael M were so friendly and attentive. All of the servers kept our plates full. The food was fantastic with a great variety of choices. Even better, the meats and many other foods are gluten free. I highly recommend this dining experience.

The Rusty Scupper is a lovely seafood restaurant right on the Inner Harbor of Baltimore. We both had their specialties - Maryland crab soup and the fresh local Rockfish. Both were delicious and the waiter worked with us to get gluten-free sides. Our waiter, Mark, was excellent! Highly recommend.
