Probably one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. Lobster or mushroom bisques are awesome. Flatbreads are great. Beat salad amazing. Entrees dont miss. One of the best value restaurants I frequent at. And the desserts aren't overly sweet and they got plenty of gluten-free options for those with a gluten-allergy. Highly recommended.

The manager and staff at this Maggianos are the best! We arrived on Monday afternoon for a repast after our sister’s funeral, only to realize our reservation had somehow been made for a Texas location!!! We are not from the area and were in a panic. However, the manager, Maximillian, took immediate control of the situation, consulted with the chef and assured us they could accommodate our group of 23. I showed him the menu we had chosen from my phone and his staff brought us to a lovely private room. Within minutes we were seated and our meal was being served. They were even able to accommodate our vegan and gluten free guests. I cannot praise Maximillian, the assistant manager Kai, and all the servers. And the chef outdid himself!! Everything was delicious!!! We are fans for life!

My waitress Kim was the BEST!!! The service was outstanding, and she went to great lengths to ensure my gluten-free requests were met. She stayed engaged, asked questions and followed up — and had a great attitude about all of it. I loved this restaurant before and I’m an even greater fan now thanks to Kim. Thank you!

The food is okay. The korma is a bit bland. My main complaint is that I wasn't too pleased when the waiter shrugged off my gluten allergy like it wasn't a big deal. I was asking him about a dessert dish and asked if a particular one had gluten. With an heir of condescension and just short of rolling his eyes, he mockingly said, "Is it like a preference or an 'actual allergy'?" I told him it was an actual allergy. With a smirk, he replied, "Yeah, sure. There's no gluten in this dish." It was clear he did not take what I said seriously and seemed annoyed that I would be asking questions to ensure I didn't ingest something that'd make me sick. He was mocking me and it was evident. The friends I was with (after he walked away) even said, "He has no right to be upset with you. I don't get why he's acting like that." I immediately felt uncomfortable and knew that he didn't care about food safety. We were going to order dessert, but after that, we decided to leave promptly. Doubtful that we will be back. The wait staff needs to understand the importance of food safety and not take food allergies lightly.

Completely unimpressed. We ordered online for pickup, said it would be ready at 8:56pm. Our food wasn't ready until 9:15. I am a celiac and ordered from their gluten-sensitive menu (I appreciate its labeled gluten-sensitive rather than GF - I understand my risk). I ordered the Cobb Salad - they forgot the salad dressing and we didn't realize till we got back to the hotel and the chicken was tough. The rest of our party ordered from the regular menu, things were either completely cold, burnt to a crisp, or not made correctly (we were litterally 8 minutes from the restaurant). The "roasted corn" in one of the salads was canned corn. The beans on the same salad were also canned and was missing chicken altogether. The kids burgers didnt have any condiments that we'd requested. Won't ever order again. Maybe it was an off night, but for $130 order, it deserves this review.
