Good source of lovely organic foods, produce dept. Top notch meat and fish. Pleasant courteous and informed staff. Strong gluten free products,soy free. Alternatives to dairy. Nice toiletries, soaps, lotions and vitamins. A good and wholesome shopping experience. Freshness rules !

Ordered the vegan and gluten-free triple chocolate cake for my friend's bachelorette celebration. She's gluten-free along with another bridesmaid, and I am vegan. 12 girls ate plenty of cake, and the bride took leftovers home - it was a great size! Everybody (non vegans and gluten eaters) LOVED the cake it was absolutely delicious! Everybody raved about how good it was. On top of that, it looked great for photos. The baker was so helpful and kind when ordering. And when I picked it up, I grabbed a great latte while I was there. I wish they were local to me so I could order it for every occasion!
